They will go above and beyond to make sure that you are very happy. The Threaded Dragon team was incredibly helpful and friendly, and their customer service is unparalleled. They worked closely with their designer to ensure that the final image was of top-notch quality, and even though I was only making a small purchase they made me feel as important as their largest customers. I solicited quotes from a couple different embroidery companies in the Denver area and chose Threaded Dragon for both their fair/competitive pricing and excellent customer service.
