One of the worst experiences i've had with a shop out here. Took my car in for 30% windshield tint took them almost 5 hours and 2 attempts later and $500.. massive glue lines right in my direct view a lot of dust and air bubbles 2 weeks later after curing. Went to there other shop in Northglen for a replacement (3rd attempt) took them 4 hours and the job was even worse. Do not go here for tint huge waste of time and money I'd give them 0 stars if that was possible. I ended up removing the tint and throwing it away. read more

Do not trust this business with your car. I dropped off my brand new car there to have them tint and PPF. Upon pick up I immediately discovered that they had scratched the paint and then put the paint protection film over the scratch. Additionally, the PPF and window tint is poorly applied and peeling in multiple places. I wouldn't trust this place with a $20 wagon! They left hair between my window and film, didn't quality check at all. They didn't match the tint as requested. Not even close. They will NOT respond when trying to resolve the issue. Tried multiple times to reach the owner with no success. Even after they responded saying they would like me to come back in so they can help me get the window fixed. I won't go back there because I don't trust them. This was a BRAND new car. 1 week in my possession and now I have to pay over DOUBLE just to get their crappy work fixed. I made the mistake of not going in google and looking at the reviews first. There are MULTIPLE reviews for the exact same thing. Including hair under the film! UPDATE - just another example of your lack of professionalism. There was NO hair inside the vehicle. The tint was applied well but the passenger windows are lighter than the rear windows. We specifically said that we wanted them to match and they insisted that they do but the light from the front window makes it appear lighter than it is. This is false, when we put up a sunshade in the front window it is even more noticeable. They add additional materials cost and $10 of random tax on top of their quoted price for a total of about $60. You don't know this until you show up and have bent your day around the appointment. Pay extra or leave. They quoted 2-4 hours when we had an appointment and it took 5 hours. Probably because they were taking walk ins. I'm writing this review to give you a WARNING! I went to this location for tint on my Tesla. I received my quote from the website and the manager. I went to get my roof and 2 front windows done. They quoted me 550$ I have the pictures and email to prove. When I got my Tesla back I noticed when looking at it the front windshield had bubbles in it ? It was odd cause I requested roof and 2 front windows, I walk back in and told them I think you guys made a mistake and did my windshield they came outside and said no we didn't do your windshield. We did the roof I go back outside and take a closer look at the windshield and for sure it was done. I go back inside and explain my situation. They said oops. I guess we mix your Tesla up with another Tesla. I told them no issues as long as you guys can take this off and put the roof tint on we are fine. I make an appointment for next week had to take the morning off work again for this. I walk in and the manager tells me I owe them 147$? I'm confused because I already paid 550$ for the roof and 2f windows. She explains that when I was there the first time she misquoted me?? I was supposed to pay 147$ more ? How so when I have quotes in a email and I already paid and walked out but then noticed they didn't do my roof. Sounds like to me they were trying to get me to pay for the removal of the winshield after it was their mistake. I refuse to pay the 147$ she tells me nothing they can do then. I tell her I want to speak to the owner she said she can't get ahold of him because he is out of the country and won't be back till end of the month! Make it make sense ? I call for a quote ... they quote me online and when I go in person they confirm it's correct . I pick up my vehicle and pay$ 550 the quoted price. I get in my vehicle notice they messed up , and they tell me I owe them 147$ more ?? The customer service from the manager was horrible!!!! I left tint my ride and went to COLORADO TINT near lone tree and they were so nice to me were very clear and even did a solar test on my tint. These guys are the best. They will always respond to you within an hour whether you put in a request to have them call you for a free estimate or when you're just texting them with questions. They also do such an amazing job and they consider tinting an art, which shows you their passion for it. I've never had an issue with bubbling, fading, and they usually finish within 2 hours.
