One of the worst experiences i've had with a shop out here. Took my car in for 30% windshield tint took them almost 5 hours and 2 attempts later and $500.. massive glue lines right in my direct view a lot of dust and air bubbles 2 weeks later after curing. Went to there other shop in Northglen for a replacement (3rd attempt) took them 4 hours and the job was even worse. Do not go here for tint huge waste of time and money I'd give them 0 stars if that was possible. I ended up removing the tint and throwing it away. read more

Do not trust this business with your car. I dropped off my brand new car there to have them tint and PPF. Upon pick up I immediately discovered that they had scratched the paint and then put the paint protection film over the scratch. Additionally, the PPF and window tint is poorly applied and peeling in multiple places. I wouldn't trust this place with a $20 wagon! They left hair between my window and film, didn't quality check at all. They didn't match the tint as requested. Not even close. They will NOT respond when trying to resolve the issue. Tried multiple times to reach the owner with no success. Even after they responded saying they would like me to come back in so they can help me get the window fixed. I won't go back there because I don't trust them. This was a BRAND new car. 1 week in my possession and now I have to pay over DOUBLE just to get their crappy work fixed. I made the mistake of not going in google and looking at the reviews first. There are MULTIPLE reviews for the exact same thing. Including hair under the film! UPDATE - just another example of your lack of professionalism. There was NO hair inside the vehicle. The tint was applied well but the passenger windows are lighter than the rear windows. We specifically said that we wanted them to match and they insisted that they do but the light from the front window makes it appear lighter than it is. This is false, when we put up a sunshade in the front window it is even more noticeable. They add additional materials cost and $10 of random tax on top of their quoted price for a total of about $60. You don't know this until you show up and have bent your day around the appointment. Pay extra or leave. They quoted 2-4 hours when we had an appointment and it took 5 hours. Probably because they were taking walk ins. I'm writing this review to give you a WARNING! I went to this location for tint on my Tesla. I received my quote from the website and the manager. I went to get my roof and 2 front windows done. They quoted me 550$ I have the pictures and email to prove. When I got my Tesla back I noticed when looking at it the front windshield had bubbles in it ? It was odd cause I requested roof and 2 front windows, I walk back in and told them I think you guys made a mistake and did my windshield they came outside and said no we didn't do your windshield. We did the roof I go back outside and take a closer look at the windshield and for sure it was done. I go back inside and explain my situation. They said oops. I guess we mix your Tesla up with another Tesla. I told them no issues as long as you guys can take this off and put the roof tint on we are fine. I make an appointment for next week had to take the morning off work again for this. I walk in and the manager tells me I owe them 147$? I'm confused because I already paid 550$ for the roof and 2f windows. She explains that when I was there the first time she misquoted me?? I was supposed to pay 147$ more ? How so when I have quotes in a email and I already paid and walked out but then noticed they didn't do my roof. Sounds like to me they were trying to get me to pay for the removal of the winshield after it was their mistake. I refuse to pay the 147$ she tells me nothing they can do then. I tell her I want to speak to the owner she said she can't get ahold of him because he is out of the country and won't be back till end of the month! Make it make sense ? I call for a quote ... they quote me online and when I go in person they confirm it's correct . I pick up my vehicle and pay$ 550 the quoted price. These guys are the best. They will always respond to you within an hour whether you put in a request to have them call you for a free estimate or when you're just texting them with questions. They also do such an amazing job and they consider tinting an art, which shows you their passion for it. I've never had an issue with bubbling, fading, and they usually finish within 2 hours. I've taken my 2019 Audi A3 here multiple times for windshield and all windows (ceramic), so I had no qualms taking my new 2023 BMW X1 over here to get the windows tinted! **Owner just responded with a lie after me posting this. He is falsifying information and slandering me which is all incorrect. I have never seen this man in person nor talked to him. Also, he never refunded any money or fixed anything on my car. I didn't want him touching my car. I cannot believe any human can make such false statements. FYI warning LONG review!! But please read it's entirety. This place doesn't deserve any stars and my guess is the way they run there business they won't be in business long. Brought my 1967 Chevelle in on 6/5/20 after making a appointment. This was on a Friday. They called and said it was not going to be done until the end of the day that they had "there best technician" working on it. Seems like they tell everyone that(look under there not recommended reviews). Went in picked up and it was dark plus I couldn't roll down windows so it all looked ok to me at the time. I even tipped the guy. The price was a little confusing to me but I got that all figured out with them. The next day I noticed my seal around my back window completed melted. It was all goo and you could see flakes of my melted rubber gasket in my window. Then fast forward to a week almost a week and a half since the car is not my daily driver and I was finally able to roll down the windows. There were gaps all over the place and even bubbles. I was beyond upset. More upset then my windows looking terrible I very upset over the window gasket and even splatter of some sort on my ceiling. I called them and they asked me to bring my car in to take a look. I scheduled for this past Monday at 1pm(a little over 2 weeks after having them tint my windows). I called them on Monday around 12 to let them know I couldn't be there until 1:30 and let me know if that is ok? They said it was fine. I have my wife follow me since I wasn't sure if we were going to have them take off the tint which is what we wanted. It was the worst tint job ever seen and they messed up my car in between doing it that I didn't want them to try to redo it. I also wanted my money back since now I have to go spend money and fix the rubber gasket around my window. We get there and I believe it's the owners father comes out and says Taha left right before we came since he had a family emergency(I can see straight thru him-lies). Then he looks at my car and sees everything I'm showing him but only wants to redo it and not even offering to fix the big problem which is they melted my window gasket!! He keeps going back and fourth inside the shop and only willing to redo the tint work. No thanks! I'm at the point I don't want them a foot from my car. Then my wife notices my frustration she comes out of her car very upset and told him something needs to be done or we are getting a lawyer. That's not worth it or normal but to be fair they messed up my car and trying to do nothing about it. They do not stick to there word and are not capable of doing a decent job. The guy don't know his name maybe Ahmed D?(Tahas dad) comes back out which I have it on recording on my dash cam that he said they are willing to fix the terrible tint job and I need to give them a estimate for my window gasket. We agreed and I left and was working on getting a estimate. Taha D calls me yesterday and leaves a message I call him back today 6/25/20 and he doesn't answer but calls me back and proceeds to tell me that "my call is being recorded and since I told him I was going to hire a lawyer that he can not help me and I'm not welcomed there and he is going to file harassment charges on me". Btw I'm not harassing him I just want him to fix the problem his shop created. They are not willing to work with me or even talk to me like a normal human. Never in my life have I seen a business operate in such manner. I'm now forced to go on a higher level and seek council and cause me time in money over this shop. Colorado annually gets 300 plus days of sunshine which equals 300 plus days of UV increasing your risk of skin cancer. Oh and add on the elevation of being 1 mile closer to the sun, it's no joke. You can find Groupon deals for $100 window tint for five windows but those low quality films can turn purple and bubble up. You want to upgrade to at least a decent brand with a UV block rating. 3M is a popular brand but most of the research I did online and reading forums said this brand LLumar is the preferred brand by most shop owners and installers. Tint my Ride carries this brand with ATC series (dye) and CTX series (ceramic). Price range around Denver can go anywhere $300-$600 depending on the shop and visible light %. I do like tint my ride they email you a receipt with warranty. I know dropping hundos on some thin film seems wasteful but if you spend a lot of time in your cars it might be worth it to protect your precious... skin. Keep in mind CO law says if you go darker than 27% you might get a ticket yolo! read more
