Owner gave me a great price that I couldn't refuse, he told me call me anytime and I'll see if I can get you in asap. So I called Lynx on a early Tuesday morning. Owner told me come in he will bring my car in the second I arrive. So I drove from across town he got me in immediately and saw that my front windows were scratched offered me a great deal to remove and tint the whole car. The whole process took about 2 hours, I sat in the comfy couches he had in the waiting area and read a book. Definetly recommend, worth the drive. read more

Great job, Lynx! I brought my Altima in with a Groupon - I still had to pay $100 for a little upgrade but all the options were clearly explained to me. I was planning on waiting there for the 3-ish hours or so, so I brought my laptop and utilized their free wifi. I got some work done while I waited, and grabbed a lunch right next door at the Jimmy John's. Pretty handy. Two hours later and they're already done! They prioritized their clients by whether it's being dropped off or waited for, which only makes sense right? Not every place does this. We had a 3M wrap installed on our Toyota forerunner through the dealership when we purchased it. We actually didn't know who did the installation until we had a small problem with it and we took it back to the dealership and they referred us to Lynx. It turned out that the minor installation issue that we had was not an installation issue but an issue with a component on the vehicle that was rubbing. Lynx went way above and beyond fixedthe issue without charging us or the dealership and made it very clear that they stand behind their work even when it wasn't their fault. I went through three different businesses before finally consulting Yelp & finding Lynx for a remote start. I could not be happier with the product, service, & timeliness! A bit of background on why I ended up going to Lynx -- Before contacting Lynx I went to Traffik Jamz (probably should've been warned by the name) -- I made an appt, called to confirm my appt, then showed up at my appt time & NO ONE WAS THERE. I waited for 30 mins for someone to show up and then, another 15 mins later, they told me they wouldn't be taking my car in that day & they would call me later to reschedule. They didn't. Shocking. I was hesitant to drop my car off at Lynx first thing in the morning because of the drama at TJ, but they were there, on time & friendly. In fact they knew who I was because they 1. Called to confirm my appt & 2. Give a crap about their schedule. Finally I just want to say that I was given a very thorough walk through of the product & installation before I was asked to pay. I had issues with the matte black racing stripe on my car that gave us some trouble for the clear bra - without any hesitation, the guys at Lynx custom ordered and installed matte clear bra material without any extra charge or hassle. The sound system is unbelievable - Luke puts a delicate touch in providing a balanced, clean, and thumping system. Just like what happened with the clear bra, there were minor road blocks with the stock speaker set up, but Luke was able to creatively work around the stock system and produce the cleanest mustang in town. Previous Review, 4/2/2015: Return customer -- we've had clear bra protective wrap installed on three cars in the past. Today it was time to move our older cars into 2015 with bluetooth support. Luke is speedy and courteous as always, and got our 2002 BMW 530i and 2006 VW Jetta TDI hooked up to our phones via bluetooth. No visual change to either car: Lynx Customs hid the microphones in each cars' dome light assembly, and positioned the "Siri / Google Now" button in easy reach of the driver's seat but completely hidden. Couldn't have asked for a better install experience. Bonus: Jimmy John's is a couple doors down for food while I waited, and Lynx's conference room is set up with high speed wi-fi so you can be productive while your car is worked on. I even got business leads from other customers while waiting. Can't beat that! read more

I went here originally to get my front two windows of my Cherokee to match the back ones. Only $80 which is great for the quality of work they do. However, I had no idea but you can actually get 70% tint done to your front window which actually helps reduce the amount of heat your car gets when sitting in the sun. It also reduces glare and improves night time driving. And, of course, while talking, we ended up deciding on a carbon fiber hood accent which matches the Trailhawk, except none of the standard Jeeps have this accent type. Took about 2 hours for all of the work and I could not be more pleased with the results. Tell him I sent you and I get a referral bonus. You will too if you send a friend. read more

Am a returning customer, because of overall experience. Their pricing is reasonable and the service is great. Our tinted windows on the Legacy has no bubbles and it has been 2 years. I bought a Clear Bra groupon and went in to get it done for my new car. Ended up paying an extra $100 for bigger hood coverage plus side mirrors, fender tips, and door handle cups. Everything was finished within 2 hours and they did a good job. Tip: You don't need to buy the Groupon for service, you can just come in the shop, mention the deal and they will honor the discounted price. Also, if you don't want to wait there while they do your car, you can Uber to Park Meadows nearby for about $5 each way. read more

These guys are great. We've had two vehicles tinted by Lynx Customs that look clean and classy. I brought my dad's new Lexus here awhile ago to get tinted as a gift and the tint is still in perfect condition. No bubbles, scratches, or discoloration. I liked their work so much, I recently brought my BMW in to get tinted as well. They work fast but do a really good job. I will say, their quote was the highest out of four or five companies I called but you get what you pay for! My car looks amazing and the tint has helped so much with keeping the heat out. I first heard about this business when they put out a Groupon a few years back. At the time, I brought in my little coupe in to get the windows tinted. Upon picking up my car, I noticed some tiny bubbles in the driver's side and passenger side window. Luke was very accomodating and, no questions asked, completely fixed the issue for me free of charge a few days later. I recently bought a truck that had no tint, and immediately brought it back to Luke to get tint installed. He remembered me from last time; how cool is that? I just bought a car that needed the rear window re-tinted. Lynx took off the old tint and replaced it with quality 3M tint, they took their time and it looks so much better. I've also worked with Luke while I was modifying my previous car's stereo. He sold me power wire and shared some of his insight. Not sure they normally sell wire off the reel but I called before and found out they could help. All in all, seems to be a good place ran by trustworthy people. I just had the Clifford smart start installed in my 2009 Accord a few months ago and I love it! I did my research on over 10 companies and Lynx was the least expensive and Luke (the awesome gentleman who did my install) was very friendly and knew what he was talking about unlike some of the other places I had called. He explained everything to me and walked me through the app on my phone for the remote start. Great service. Came in and Luke explained all the options to me including upgrades. No pressure, I asked about them from the groupon offer. Decided to go with ColorStable for an extra $100, because it looked more factory-like. I waited in their meeting room which has free wifi. Very comfortable and got a lot of work done. The finished product looks great. Only some notable moisture and haziness, but you're supposed to wait a week go the film to completely dry. I have Excel clear bra installed on my 2013 Subaru Outback last week and after waiting for few days to cure I noticed that there was a few white spots under the clear bra. After inspecting further it seems to be left overs from a terry towel when the hood was cleaned. So I decided to call and agreed to take the car in for Lynx to inspect. So I went back during my lunch break to Lynx. After inspection and talking to the rep (forgot his name) he offered that it could be replaced but they cannot guarantee in preventing any particles from getting there. Well that doesn't sound like this rep is even confident with the work is being done on clear bra. As much as I want it done the right way I'm afraid even if the replacement will be as worst as I had it the first time after hearing this a Lynx rep. I'm writing a follow up, after 4 visits and having to have 5 windows re-tinted, I finally had Luke take off the rear window tint because it was horrible. When I picked up my car, he left a soap residue on the inside and outside of the rear window. I took my car to Ryan at Alta Mere and he took care of me in less than one hour, even having to clean off the mess that Lynx left my car in. I have to laugh at Luke's reply that his shop is the cleanest in town, when I pointed out that here was dust under the tint, he said that he doesn't work in a clean environment and that sometimes dirt get under the film. I had to return to have them repair several bubbles a couple months ago. I pointed it out to the guy when we walked around the car, but he said they'd come out, which they didn't. The service initially left me wanting more. I didn't really know what I was doing and wanted to know more about the benefits of the tint and some pricing between them all. They are the only 3M Crystalline tint certified installers in the state and they did a great job on my car. Very affordable for what you're getting (although Crystalline is on the expensive side, but Lynx was 33% cheaper than the guys who did my other vehicle). Highly recommend. read more

I usually don't write reviews but i felt i had to do it on this one!!!....... They simply use Groupon to get you in but, they rip you off based on your needs!!!.... First of all when you guys put a deal on Groupon atleast mention it on the description in details that this deal is only for %30 darkness( why you guys don't do that? simply so people purchase it first then, after they come in to your business you rip them off based on their needs) and that's the truth . Second of all, your customer service is so poor that when i call you guys saying i already purchased your deal off of Groupon and asking i need %25 darkness simply don't blow me off saying i have to re purchase the tint from your store!!(You ask me to get a refund on my Groupon so you can charge me more for the same material? why in the hell should i pick you guys at first place if i have to go thru all that? why? simply because of extra %5 darkness?That extra %5 will cost you guys $150 extra? really? same material/job/time?..... Absolutely unprofessional!!!...... Whats interesting is that at First, the person on the phone asked me if i want to do %25 darkness all around or just rear windows and i said all over! then he said we cant do it all over! Then he said we can only do rear windows %25!! i said ok, so can you guys do %25 on rear and %30 in front? as soon as i said that the guy changed his words saying no we don't accept Groupon, you have to come in and get it from our store!..... If you want to run a business you be honest with your customer!!! After all, this will be a lesson for your future!!! read more

I don't know who I worked with at Lynx, but he did a great job helping me match my old, color damaged tint. From the outside you can't tell I have old nasty tint on my 3 back windows. I had them do just the front windows, because they were very badly scratched and were the worst (2 door coupe). I was amazed to see how much clearer and vivid the 3M tint is compared with the old tint I still have on the small back windows. Looking out the back windows, everything is blurry and looks bad. Through the 3M tint, it actually sharpens up everything like a good pair of quality sunglasses and there is no blurring. I didn't think it would make such a difference, but comparing them side-by-side I can definitely say it is worth it to make sure you are getting the quality 3M tint. I'm pretty sure they got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time while I waited, but I don't know because I took my laptop and relaxed in their separate lounge room away from customers coming in and out, and used their WIFI to work from their location. No stress, easy way to get work done while Lynx worked on my car. (I got that idea from another reviewer, so I'm passing it on). Before I knew it, a nice guy came with my keys and let me know not to roll down the windows for 3 days (I knew to expect that going in because somebody else said that in some other review somewhere, so I'm passing that on too.) I'm very happy with the results, and will definitely use them again the next time I need window tint. read more

Bought the Living Social deal for a remote car starter for 2 of my friends for Christmas for $130 each. When they called to schedule their appointments they were told it would be an additional $130 for the "module" installation and that they were over 2 months out for appts, (not until mid March and it is mid January)! Some deal! It does say in the fine print that there may be an additional charge for the module but double the price, come on! Seems like a scam to me! read more
