Girlfriend then got a flat on a tire that went to threads and was slowly going to hell by rubbing against the front left rim. Girlfriend got stranded then arrested as a result and tire shop now wants us to pay for brand new shredded tire installed 2-3 months ago. Another store shot said all tires were not even balanced and worn to shit on the insides (alleged new tires) that were installed by this shot. Don't spend any money here bc they have no warranty's and don't stand by the used shit they install in your vehicle..if I could give it a -5 I would. No accountability here! decided to cheap out on a remote start system and got exactly what I paid for. dropped off my 95…read moreram at 10 am and was not given any updates all day. after calling saying I could show up at 6:30 pm they told me it'd be fine and ready for pickup but still had to wait 2 more hours there. while waiting saw that they had my truck in a small garage and swinging the door open constantly hitting some mounted honey comb lights in their garage. finally got the truck back in a rush to finally get out of there not checking out the truck and by the next day none of my internal electrics worked (radio, dash cluster, dome lights or horn) along with my marker lights and outside cab lights. finally took a closer look at the truck and found that they cracked my kick panel under my steering wheel, broke my ac control knob, a chunk of my dash was now on my ac bezel, an A frame pillar was hanging now broken and they removed all the adhesive from my dash mat. after taking it to the shop I should've taken it to in the first place and have gotten other vehicles done there, they said they would have to take apart everything this shop did to redo it all. after calling this shop and showing them proof of what they did and reassuring them I was not mad about the electrical but just wanted to see what I could get from what they did damage wise, they said they would not take fault for anything. definitely recommend going to quality auto sound, 1000 times better service all around.
