Definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you want a bad wrap that peals on every edge, you can see a huge seam from them over lapping the wrap on top of each other on rear panel, they will burn your wrap and say they tried to fix it, hold your car without even doing any work, loose your key, and not respond to you when you text them. Don't know about tint or clear film for the body installs, this review is only for my experience in the last three weeks with getting clear film installed on the front windshield. Friendly people, if you can get ahold of someone BUT I would not get a clear film protection installed on the windshield. They don't have the correct film, maybe it's the same file they use for the body - even the guy taking off the film said they don't have the correct film for the windshield. It's like looking through beer goggles while driving. Found this place on Google with top reviews, which now I'm surprised. My mom just bought a brand new Toyota and I wanted her to get the file on the windshield because of all the rocks in CO. She already had the body film protection installed from factory. Well, she called and scheduled and they said she can to wait for the car in their "new waiting room" - it will take about two to three hours. She was there probably 20 minutes and it was done She called me and said it was really blurry and the whole windshield wasn't covered only the middle part I called a few friends/places and they said depending on the temperature it might take a few days to two weeks to settle and look good. Three weeks later (I was out of state) and I finally test drove the car - it's horrible, I actually got a headache after driving for about ten minutes. I'm amazed at how bad it was and that they actually let someone drive like that for safety concerns. Not to mention an older lady. Scheduled an appointment yesterday to come in today and fix it. Well, she gets there today and the guy that was there didn't know anything about the appointment. He said even if he reinstalled the clear film, it would be the same as they don't have the correct film for the windshield. ‍‍ So he just pulled the film off and said to call Ernest for a refund. I will update this review and add a couple stars when the owner, Ernest finally calls me back and sends a refund and makes this right. Not much to say, just a bunch of wasted time on the phone and in person at this point. Update 10/19/25 The owner did call back apologized, offered a refund and to redo the windshield when the new roll of film comes in with their mobile service. I'am sharing my experience with EJ3 Customs based on the actual work performed on my vehicle. I brought my new BMW in on September 29, 2025 for PPF, tint, ceramic coating, and windshield film. When I arrived, the shop appeared unclean and disorganized. There was limited staff available, and I had to speak with the owner by phone to confirm details about the job, including matching the front tint to the factory rear windows. After picking up the vehicle, several issues were immediately noticeable. The tint did not match the agreed specification, and there was visible dust and debris left after polishing. I returned multiple times to have the tint corrected, but each attempt still resulted in bubbles or contamination under the film. The PPF and ceramic coating also required rework on multiple areas. During this process, I observed damage to my vehicle, including razor blade cuts on the door and front grille. The owner acknowledged the issue and offered to repair it; however, after their attempt, the damage to the door appeared worse. An insurance claim was filed on October 30, 2025. While the claim has now been paid, the process took several months, and I am now taking my vehicle to a separate body shop for proper repairs. Additional concerns included PPF peeling on the rocker panel. Although I was told this was covered under warranty, I was unable to secure a repair appointment despite repeated follow-ups. The windshield film installation also continues to show visible quality issues. This experience required multiple visits, time off work, and ultimately outside repairs. It was an emergency. Someone had drunk horror-show barfed in my car. I had tried to clean it myself and I absolutely made it worse. I was in denial for a week. The car even thought the drunk person was still in the car and kept dinging unless I plugged in the front seat seatbelt. There must have been barf covering a sensor or something. No one would ride in the car with me because it smelled and the front seat was encrusted in barf. I needed PROFESSIONAL HELP. I had put out a Project request via Yelp! and received a few estimates on interior car detailing with barf situation. I had never had my car detailed before (nor had it barfed in) so I had no idea what to expect. The price shocked me but other estimates had come in even higher, so I took this lower cost offer with EJ3. I live in Cap Hill, but happened to be in Aurora when I was seeking estimates so those in the area responded to me. EJ3 was responsive with a quick turnaround on an estimate, they would have gotten me in the same day if I had been available but I made the appt for the next day. EJ3 was happy to accommodate. I noticed that the address was in a residential area but...with my previous Denver car repair experience where I met someone in a seemingly random area at that time too and they did a great job on my car, I went ahead and proceeded. Ernest had given me his number and was texting with me until his team arrived on site. I had arrived a little early and was sitting in a cul-de-sac. When the team arrived they assured and reassured me that they would get all the barf and the smell out and not to worry because they had professional tools. They pulled the car into the drive way and got to work while I waited on a breezy front porch for a short time about 1.5hrs. I heard the loud sounds of the pro vacuum tools and whatever else they were using. When they were done, there was no trace of barf or pet hair. Everything looked brand new. I was so relieved since this whole ordeal had happened right when I was about to get my car appraised. EJ3 came to the rescue, got to work and got RESULTS! I would definitely hire there services again for cost-conscious pro detailing! read more

I drove an hour and a half for my appointment. They said it'd take 4.5 hours and less then an hour in the tech doing my tint left and my car didn't get any tinting done. The boss showed up after I contacted him with my confusion and helped take care of the situatio. the tech wasted 6 hours of my day as I didn't get my car back till 10 pm and had to drive 1.5 hours back home with no tint what so ever. The boss was a nice guy and said he'd reach out with answers but I do believe he needs to find better technicians for his establishmen as that was unacceptable. I went on the website and requested a quote, did not hear back from the company so after three days I sent EJ3 an email. From there Ernest texted me which I thought was weird as it felt more professional to give me a call. We texted back and forth to confirm an appointment time, I asked for an email confirmation and never received one. I show up an hour early to the location/address listed on the website for my appointment time and it was a residential neighborhood. I wish it was advertised that the services took place in "someone's" home. I reached out and texted Ernest to confirm the address and he canceled the appointment with no prior warning or heads up and seemed like he made up a bullshit excuse to try and make me pity his situation. So one thing I will say is that they communicated very quickly via the "project" feature on yelp. That was cool. They were flexible and kind. The reason for the 2 star review is this: The location is at a house, which I didn't know. I was not offered a place to sit and wait or anything. I mean, if you're gonna have a business in your home I think creating a small waiting area isn't too much to ask. Also, they had a contractor come in and he had not one but 2 conversations that were somewhat heated with someone where the word "money" was mentioned often. Luckily I told the contractor that he couldn't leave the ignition on or the battery would die (Honda feature yay) Also, the contractor tried to upsell me about five times and it got a bit ridiculous. Finally, I ended up taking a lift to my friends house who is not that far away and the job was supposed to be done in two hours so I came back when it was supposed to be done and the contractor wasn't even there. The garage door was shut and there was no one to be found so I contacted the owner and was told I could wait on the porch, but the contractor had to run home for a second. My little Subaru looks brand new inside! "Bluebell" was filled with red dust from Utah, gravel from ski season and messy from moving. She looks new, better than I could have made her. (She's a 2020, bought before the pandemic and has only about 15,000 miles on her. Well kept, but dusty inside with hazy windows and who knows what in the cupwells and door wells.) Earnest was so agreeable, so nice, and did such nice work I gave him a big tip. He and his buddy EARNED it.
