Jamez came to my house today to detail my car. He was professional, respectful, and very thorough. My car looks brand new again. I had grease and oil stains on my seats that are completely gone. My car was fairly clean to begin with and he could have easily glossed over things but he still worked on my car for 3.5 hrs and was able to take the stains out with a deep steam cleaning, get all the nooks and crannies, and clear out all the dust/hair/sticky stuff that I've never been able to. I originally requested he shampoo my car seats so he saved me at least $100 by trying the cheaper option of steam cleaning first when he could have just done what I requested without me knowing the wiser that it wasn't needed. I appreciated Jamez' honesty and again, professionalism; His prices are very affordable compared to other car detailing companies I researched. Plus, he comes to you so having the convenience of staying at home and getting other things done around the house was a big help (he was even willing to come to my work location when I initially scheduled an appt but I changed my mind and asked him to come to my house). I had spilt milk in my car and asked around for a quote to deep clean it (Spilt milk in 100 degree heat was a disaster). No one else would give me a quote for just the affected area, but these guys came through. They also gave me an extremely reasonable quote for the whole interior, so I had them do the entire interior and I was not disappointed!! They did an AMAZING job. They didn't go around anything, they pulled everything out and got up underneath what they couldn't. They even came out to me on a Saturday to do it. It had been my daily driver for several years and was really showing (and smelling of) all the rides with muddy, wet dogs, lots of camping trips, hauling garden and home improvement supplies, etc...plus years of smoking cigarettes in the vehicle. I was astonished at how clean he got my old vehicle, and doubly impressed with how good it smells! You would never guess it had carried wet dogs and a smoker on a regular basis.
