This car wash is pretty simple you pay drive-through and your car gets washed comes out looking very very beautiful your car and the price for a simple wash was $12. I don't know if that's a lot but if you haven't wash it, you have to get out of your car and do all this other stuff in order to wash your car when you could just go through a drive-through check it out sometime. I drove through this car wash mid June. obviously their equipment was not working properly. When I got home the entire back end of my SUV was still dirty, no signs of being washed. i guess by choosing the $10. wash (their most economical choice) only includes three sides of the vehicle. Let me start by saying that I've been a long time customer of this car wash and I also subscribe to the monthly membership. However, as I'm writing this on the morning of 9/11/24, I still haven't heard a word from their claims department or anyone from Take 5, regarding an incident that occurred on the morning of 8/22/24. On the morning of 8/22 the car wash caused thousands of dollars in damages to my Jeep. I immediately filled out an incident report at the car wash, contacted the manager of this location and took photos of the damage. I have only been in contact with the "manager" Kaitlyn, of this location by text message, despite leaving multiple messages and asking for a call back to discuss this matter and hopefully get a progress report. I've gotten nowhere. I've even submitted multiple messages to their customer service team and I have only gotten the run around from them. Also, if you call the customer service number, there's no way to speak to a representative. Based on the constant turnover of staff at this location and the rapid downhill slide that has happened here (cleanliness of the facility, vacuums not working, damage caused to vehicles, etc.) I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. read more

I've been a customer here since the location was called The Glo. I had their unlimited wash subscription and loved it. They were purchased by Take 5 at some point in 2023, and I continued to go there regularly at the same rate I was paying initially. I ended up purchasing a new car last year and had to sign a new agreement to get a new sticker. I found out that they continued to charge me what The Glo was charging ($34.99 per month) even though Take 5's unlimited wash subscription is significantly less ($27.99 per month). I reached out to their customer service and was told that this was my fault, even though they should have started charging me $27.99 when I signed the new agreement. Really shady business practices here. I recommend double checking what you're paying if you've been a member here for a while. read more

I like this car wash because it has a monthly membership and conveniently located on my way to work and coming home - starting the day with a clean car every day feels great! This car wash advertises "complimentary vacuum cleaners and air blowers" -- the only problem is -- they hardly ever work! Today (9/4/24 at 11:20) I am writing to satisfy the two smart aleck male workers who told me to "GO AHEAD AND TELL EVERYBODY NOTHING WORKS!" Only about half the vacuums work -- more would be in operation if one of two employees was actually working instead of the two of them visiting together in the office. BOTH air compressors were down, which meant NONE of the air blowers worked. Inside the car wash, the left lower air blower black wand was bent over and also did not work. As cars exit the building, there was A LOT of cans rolling around as well as trash. The owner of this business should probably save money and let one worker go since they don't get much done when sitting around the inside counter visiting together. Be aware that when your employees get smart like that with unhappy customers, this gives a customer an incentive to report the business with the Better Business Bureau as well. read more

I've used this car wash for years and have been very satisfied. However, lately I've noticed a couple things. First, the ones brushing the cars (before entry) might as well not do anything. The girl, more than once, makes a small circle on the hood which accomplishes nothing. Second, there are some vacuums that don't work and haven't for some time. Lastly, there are no towels. Car wash is great when all devices in the tunnel are working. Seems that each time I go, there is a brush not working, or a spray nozzle not working, or the dryers don't hardly work so your car is still pretty soaked, or the tire shine gets only 2/4 tires shined. When you park to dry off, the vacuums some to most times don't work, the air-spray nozzle hardly is working. The tire mat washer usually out of service. When 95% of all of these work, this place is great! Which is why I give 3 stars. read more

Avoid. I've seen the horror stories of scratches on people's cars from brush car washes but have always had good luck. Until now. The glo left two major scratch areas on my trunk. My car is pretty beat up anyway but I went to let them know so they could at least change their brushes before more cars had the same issue and they didn't care at all. Vacuums after too so that's a nice touch. No scrambling for loose change. Wash. Pull around to bang out matts. Open your doors and vacuum your seats. It's a good car wash for the price. If you get the mid grade option they even give you a 3 day rain or shine pass if you get your car spotted and want to rewash it. They have lots of vacuums and the line moves fairly quickly. If you're in the area I suggest hitting this place up for a decent wash. read more

Best car wash in the area that is not touchless.

I wanted to write another review as I have had another great experience at this car wash. I have been going to the glo Car Wash for at least three years. I used to live really close to it; now I drive from Broomfield and pass multiple car wash locations to use the glo specifically. I have a car rack that I have used with and without a skybox in this car wash. Recently, I went through the wash and my rack was hit by one of the roll brushes. Upon review of my vehicle, I found that it had pulled the roof rack base out of my roof on the front right side of the vehicle. I reached out to the General Manager, Bobby, who responded within 24 hours stating that any damages to car would be reimbursed. I received an estimate from Rack Attack and the roof was fixed and paid for within two weeks. I was extremely surprised that the glo was willing to be accountable to this repair and take care of the costs to have it fixed. Bobby was responsive and professional and made this process easy. I will continue to give the glo my business over any other car wash. read more

Absolutely atrocious customer service. Adam with the hippie beanie and messed up teeth. Mind you, we called before we even went to the wash and they said they are open. I came here today just to wash and vacuum my car. Then this guy named adam comes up talking to me in a very condescending matter about not seeing a sign about members only and right away starts accusing me of spreading diseases. I asked him why he was talking to me like this and he started accusing me of assault and threatening to call the cops on me. First of all, no one could see a sign driving up, the only one I saw had tiny lettering. Why not block off the non members drive through only? It's not rocket science. So I tried calling to speak with a manager. I selected the option to speak with or leave a message to the gm. Of course he is the one that answers and I told him I wanted to speak with a manager or leave a message. He then speaks to me in the same condescending tone saying I'm spreading diseases. I told him I was trying to go to an auto wash you had no reason to come up to my car simple as that. I'm not trying to interact with anyone just simply run my car through a wash. It took me 3 tries calling to finally leave a message to the gm because he kept answering. The first time he answered he was literally screaming at me saying over and over again stop spreading diseases. He was completely irrational in person and on the phone. Absolutely horrible experience. This guy is not going far in life. He should be fired. Absolutely no reason to talk to me like this. I'm an "essential" government employee and I would never accuse someone of spreading diseases especially on the job, absolutely unprofessional. read more

Ok so when you first of all you have to go through the car wash first in order to use vacuum and detailing center. But use caution when pulling in cuz the dividers of entrance and exit are spaced so that you barely can fit a vehicle going either direction. And I suggest bringing your own cleaner for the interior and windows. They have products so dilute it's like using water with a hint of yellow or blue. I do appreciate their pressure air when cleaning out my vents, cabin and air filters, crevices that the vacuum can't quite reach and under the hood. The price? Well to be honest it is best you get a membership otherwise it's just an over priced car wash. I wish there were more locations and or paired with their oil change or gas stations would be nice. read more

Don't go here unless you are okay with scratches on your car. My husband took his car here a couple weeks ago and ended up with a ton of scratches on his hood. I thought, there is no way the car wash did that to his car. It had to be something else. Well. I took my car there yesterday and the same thing ended up happening to me. I'm so disappointed because I love that you can vacuum and wash your mats at this wash. (The vacuum and mat cleaning are the reason I gave 2 stars). I am shocked people still go here. Not sure if anything else has really been upgraded though since the new pricing. There is a separate line for monthly subscribers but you may still be stuck in line if everyone else if it's busy. It's still packed when it's a nice day after a snow or rain storm. So hit it up during a week day for a shorter line or early weekend mornings. read more

As far as car washes go, The Glo Car Wash seems to do the trick if you want something that is cheap and fast. I mean, you're not going to get an exterior detail quality, but that's not what you're looking for when you come into this place. If you want most of the dirt, salt, and what have you for a fresh look without having to pay a pretty penny or spending the time for a real deep clean, then this should be sufficient. I am a regular at The Glo and really love coming here to wash my vehicles. From the point you are greeted by the friendly and professional staff, to the point where you drive away, everything is top notch. The actual car wash always does a great job of cleaning my cars. In the very rare event where my vehicles were especially dirty and there was some remaining dirt (2 times out of ~40 washes), the staff let me run it through again. They even moved me to the front of the line so I wouldn't have to wait. PERFECT! Additionally, for those of us who like to clean the inside of our cars and wipe out all of the door jams, they have free super powered vacuums to make that job a snap. The only downside of the wash is there is almost always a line because it's so popular. That said, I've seen the line up to about 30 cars deep, and I have NEVER waited more than 5 minutes to get through and never had a wait to get to the vacuums. If you are looking for a great place to wash your vehicles, for a reasonable price, give The Glo a try. I'm confident you'll be glad you did. read more

They are all so nice and charming, very informative and helpful, ready to answer any question. Not to mention they're fast! As a retail manager I would kill for just one employee of that caliber. The owner of The Glo must be doing something right. The wash itself is a true value. What you get for $10 is outstanding. Now this is not a touch less wash, which at first made me uneasy, but after going to The Glo for years now, with no damage, I can say I'm glad those brushes are there because my car always comes out CLEAN!
