Took a really dirty car here we wanted to sell. Opted for the 1 hr $105 detail. It turned out amazing. They did the best they could with what we gave them. They spent about an hour and a half on it no extra charge. The other point is we drove our expedition thru there regular wash while we waited. $12 they hand wash then send thru the machine that other places is $18. read more

I have been using Raindance for a few years and have usually been quite happy. I stopped by today for their highest level wash. It was not up to standard. My truck is still dirty: -Smears on windshield -Steering wheel still dirty -crumbs throughout -They lost the insert to my cup holder -They broke my Bluetooth microphone off For $50 for a $20 car wash and now have to fix my mic. This car wash and detailing center is as good as it gets. A great crew that takes pride in their work. I dropped off a car that was as filthy as they get. The worst I had ever seen or been inside of. I needed it detailed to return the car to a useable state and/or to sell it. When we picked it up, we did not recognize the car. It was like new. Every surface was spotless and the smell was gone completely. Brandon assured me they would get it clean and he was right on. He even gave me a ride home after I dropped it off. Read the reviews after the service unfortunately. Paid for the interior and exterior detail which included a hand applied wax and buff. It was still dirty in many spots and the roof hadn't even been touched. When I pointed it out I was told that those dirt marks on the window were water marks and on the paint the dirt couldn't be removed. A wetted finger removed the water mark and dirt. Without an apology they said "we can run it through again". I have doubts that wax ever touched the car and I know for sure that it wasn't cleaned and wiped down properly. Looked better after the second run through the automatic car wash, but I paid for a $200 detail including a prepaid $25 tip which was severely misplaced. My vehicle was the only one there when I dropped it off, so it wasn't like they were in a rush. I had two more cars to drop off with them but will obviously look elsewhere. read more

Took my vehicle to this full service car wash last week. I called ahead to ensure they also cleaned the inside of your car and they assured me they did and that they had different packages available. I have a toddler and had to bring him with and was pleased to find that in the waiting area inside, they had a cute little area for kiddos. I've never seen that and it was awesome. Kept my little guy entertained, thank god. I selected the 36 dollar package and they did a great job. Previously I would take my car into denver to water works off of broadway but the last couple times I've noticed the quality of service there has gone down. So this is our new spot for sure! Total rip off! I just left there and had to go to a car wash to vacuum my car. For $32 they didn't vacuum the back seat, or around the doors. The windows looked worse than when we went there. Then when I pointed it out the employee was SO rude and said if they had to vacuum dog hair it was extra but they didn't even vacuum the seats because there were crumbs too. I tried to find a manger but he was nowhere to be found after he took our money. read more

I first started going to Rain Dance when I relocated to the Denver area. I was impressed by the first two washes-- fairly good attention to detail, had my car shining like new. However recently I've noticed a drop in the quality. Purchasing the "Royal Wash" (highest priced package) each time, the quality began to diminish. I began noticing smudges on my windshield, bug stains remaining on my grill/roof, and a tendency to not vacuum my trunk (drive a hatchback where it is part of the cabin) or the mat in the trunk. My wash today took more than an hour-- understandable as they seemed short staffed, but wholly unacceptable given there were 3-4 other customers total, bug stains remaining on the grill, the roof was not washed (heavy bugs on the moonroof), and the trunk area was once again not touched. I would recommend rain dance to a friend however I would caution against going during the day and against opting for the higher priced packages. Personally I will be exploring other options for my next wash and will likely switch permanently if I have another experience such as my most recent ones. I would like to commend the gentleman with the headband and face tattoo-- he was friendly and took the time to wipe down my grill when he noticed another employee had not done their due diligence. It appeared he was the one person keeping things moving and paying attention to detail. read more

This is the best car wash I've had in Colorado to date. Although I prefer touchless car washes when my car is super dirty this is the place to go. I had bugs stuck on my front bumper that other car washes were unable to get rid of. Rain Dance was able to remove all bugs on the first try and for the same price they vacuumed my car and hand dried it at the end. There is wifi while you wait inside and the staff is friendly. I will be recommending this place to all my friends. I don't know that you can get a better car wash for 18 bucks. read more

I'll never come back as I saw the car cleaner guys smoking a crack pipe literally 20 feet from the exit door on the West side of the building. I know the difference between what is legal to smoke and what isn't... That is pretty surprising to see and will not go back. Also the bathrooms are dirty and run down. Overall would not recommend for any reason. Owners seem nice but they really don't employ nice people to clean the cars. You want to have nice people clean your car and this isn't the case. On the plus side nothing bad happened to my car or stuff but didn't feel comfortable here at all. read more

On 12/19 I took my vehicle in to get the Royal Wash. The assistant manager Mando was very aggressive and seemed to be agitated and in hurry. Once my vehicle was done I noticed a huge scratch on my touch screen in the car. I called an employee over, then Mando come over and claimed that the scratch was there before I had brought the car in. I took a picture and later that day asked to speak with the Owner. He called me right away, talked to his employees and they both said that they did not cause the damage. Although the owner was professional and polite, he refused to pay to have the scratch repaired. I asked that he refund me for my services that day and he also refused. Rain Dance Car Wash did damage to my vehicle and refused to pay to have it repaired (as they could not do it themselves) I had been going to this business for years, but now, will not ever be returning. I do not recommend and urge you not to take your vehicle here. read more

They take their time and my car looks wonderful when it's finished. If you want fast with 5 people working on your car at the same time, don't go here.
