I wish there was a hidden 6th star option. These guys nail all the marks of a full service auto salon and exotic sales lot. - I've never had anything less than a professional experience with them. They've been upfront on quotes when they weren't 100% sure until their tech got into the work. They didn't try to hide any costs in an attempt to lure me in and up sell. Conversely, Mike talked me out of leather treatment on my new car as he didn't think the black leather would really benefit. - They do amazing work. I've had them take a dent out of my aluminum bodied truck, repair a scratch running from wheel to wheel, clean up 1500 miles of summertime bug slaughter on my F350. It looked so good, I had them install ceramic sealant and clear bra on my new Mazda CX-5 (I took my Mazda to the dealership and they were drooling over Elevations work!) - Their techs are just as customer focused as their owner, staying late to get my work done and treating me and my little Mazda as if it was a Ferrari customer. At the end of the day, it might cost a bit more but you definitely get what you pay for and you only pay for what you need. read more

I know nothing about cars and was taking my husband's car in to have some dents/scratches buffed and polished out and to have the windows tinted. Mike spoke with me on the phone explaining every step of the process and gave some pricing estimates. He was also very realistic about what could and couldn't be done. Their work on cars might even be better than the customer service. The car looks great and my husband is happy! I always feel like I'm being scammed when it comes to anything related to cars and I felt confident and informed throughout the entire process. I wish I hadn't gotten my tint done here. Although they were friendly and knowledgeable-- and they work with high end cars... I'm completely disappointed in the tint job-- and now I feel like I'm stuck with it because I shelled out so much money. The gap between the tint and the edge of the window is what bothers me the most. I'd say it's at least 1/8" gap if not more, that is COMPLETELY noticeable. I left my windows rolled up for two weeks just to let the tint cure and by the time I rolled them down... i noticed the gap and I was seriously bothered by it. Still bugs me to this day that the installer couldn't have gotten the tint up to the edge. read more

Though I tend to review only breweries, I have to give props to the Elevation Auto Spa. Go there just to browse the sales floor, as there are so many exotics, automobile pieces of art that I have never before seen in person. Oh, the detail work... took my Jaguar convertible in for a paint correction and full interior detail. I had a lot of scratches and the hood and trunk lid were badly faded, thanks to the black paint and these many days of Colorado sun. They did an excellent job, even fixing a loose door panel. The car now is as near to showroom condition as it can get, inside and out. The big grin on my face is back when I drive it! This review is for the "Elevation Auto Experience" the exotic rental service offered by Elevation Auto. A situation arose that wasn't initially as planned and it involved a gift to my GF and a surprise for her. Michael (one of the owners) dealt with me from start to finish and from the start eased any fears I had. The experience was a treat and made the cost not even a factor as it seemed WELL WORTH IT after it was all said and done. Michael went as far as giving us a tour of his shop and letting us see all the amazing cars on site and even came in on Sunday when the shop was closed to accommodate our schedule and the rental happening. Never once did I feel like the experience, the car, the service was anything other then amazing! Our vehicle needed significant repairs from hail damage. I did some online research and talked to some friends and decided on Elevation because of their consistent reviews all noting stellar quality and service. Elevation did everything they promised and fully repaired our car using OEM parts. They negotiated with insurance to make sure we didn't get cheaper knockoffs and the repairs turned out beautifully. The only minor complaint I have is with communication. At the end, I had to call them a few times to nail down when we could pick up our car. I wish they were a bit more proactive in calling me when the delivery day got pushed back a few days (which wasn't a big deal in and of itself). That said, Elevation really does fantastic work. We are 110% happy with the repair work on our car, and I'd take any of my vehicles to them in the future. read more

I've been meaning to review Elevation for a minute now and keep getting sidetracked! Oops. This shop is truly exceptional. My husband and I started coming here when he needed a last minute DEEP detail on his truck. It was DISGUSTING. Full of dog hair and God knows what else. The guys at Elevation squeezed him in and got the job done so the truck could be sold. Since then we've returned for cosmetic issues on both our trucks (scratches mostly). The guys take the time to chat and get to know us and definitely show appreciation for our repeat business. I don't think they're the cheapest shop around but they do the job right and are a great group to work with, aka, it's worth the price. We will definitely be back (when we inevitably scratch our trucks again, ha!). read more

These guys did a really beautiful job on my 2014 Highlander. They were able to get out the sunscreen stains on the black leather seats, which was a win in my book! Very nice to deal with and very responsive. Had to wait a while to pick up the car, but i suppose that was because i was picking up on a sat morning when they were not well staffed. It probably just seemed longer because we had two toddlers waiting in the car with their daddy. Overall, would highly recommend Mike and his team! read more

I am completely in awe about how amazing my car looks. Long story short: These are THE guys to go to for car care. They went above and beyond. Just so you know what I threw at these guys, dog hair and dirt abounds, grease from fast food bags and a melted lip balm stain that was probably 8 years old, and ground in grime from over 11 years of ownership. Typical college kid in 2007 not taking care of her nice things, that was me! I had tried to clean it myself a few times, but no dice. I emailed Michael in the beginning of the week, gave him my budget (hoping that it wasn't a laughable number!) and my hopes to get it done by the end of the week. And he said he could make it work. Whaaaat?! I dropped off my car in the morning and that afternoon I got a call asking if they could keep it overnight to continue to work on it. (It was THAT bad.) No problemo! I went in today to pick it up and I can't even believe how good it looks. It looks better than when I bought it from the dealership. I'm still in shock they got all of the grease out of that passenger side seat. But here's the truly above and beyond: These guys worked on my car ALL DAY on Friday, and almost all day on Saturday, which was longer than anticipated. When they called, I was expecting them to tell me it was going to be over budget. But they didn't. When I went to pick up the car, I was expecting to hear that it was over budget. But they stuck to it, which they would have been completely justified not doing. Take note, every company ever, THIS is how you do customer service. I will be recommending EVERYONE to Michael and his team. (Did I mention that if you're dropping off your only car, they'll give you a ride to the light rail station up the road? Just picked my car up and wow! Alisha did an amazing job making my paint look perfect and the interior was fantastic as well. She removed an ugly piece of clear film for me and cleaned up all the adhesive. I have 115k miles on my car and the paint, despite normal wear and tear, looks as good if not better than new. Currently she is operating out of her home, but will be moving to an acutal shop soon, but even she never does I'll be going back. Awesome, awesome job, and I'm very happy. read more

While Elevation Auto Spa specializes in high end cars, they were able to help us out with our run of the mill car too at a reasonable price. Michael looked over the car with us and helped us decide what detailing/repairs would give us the most resell value. We made an appointment and were amazed when we picked it up. It looks so good we almost don't want to sell it anymore. They used paint restoration to remove many of the scratches, shampooed all the stains out of the seats and floor mats, and the engine looks like it just rolled out of the factory. I recently took my SUV into Elevation for detailing. My truck was trashed... several years of neglect including kids spilling/puking/etc.. you get the picture. I had just returned from a rainy weekend in Moab and there was red mud piled high throughout the interior. In short, it was a total disaster. After leaving my vehicle there for a single overnight, it came back looking as good as new. I told Michael before the work was to be performed that I didn't need it clean enough to sell, just to make it better.
