I love the tint job he did for my Hyundai Accent! He only has 3 color options which are legal maximum, dark and limo. I found this place through yelp and decided to go with them. This is a small business. The place only carries 3 shades, 30%, 20%, and 5% to choose from. I spoke to the owner and reassured me that there is usually never any problems if your windows are tinted a little below CO law of 27%. He said he has never had anyone come back and complain about darkness of tint. With that being said, I decided to go with the 20% tint. 30% just looked a little too visible. It took about 2 hours for them to finish the tint on my car along with the 4 inch brow. I paid a reasonable price and my car looked awesome. I followed the owners instructions exactly and waited 5 days before rolling windows down and washing car. The window tint looks awesome and all the moisture and bubbles disappeared exactly how he said. I am impressed with the quality and care that he puts in to make sure that his customers are satisfied. Oh, also I was unfortunate to not have another ride to kill time somewhere else so I was stuck at the shopping reading my book while waiting for my car. The entertaining part of my wait was the hilarious singing that I can hear while they were working on the cars. It was pretty funny and helped killed time aside from my reading. I definitely recommend this place as it is reasonably priced and the quality here is on point. I was not disappointed. I look forward to more future business here. CONSUMERS BEWARE. I came to this shop because of its high reviews, and left severely disappointed. The shop owner has no respect for people's time, and they are using an INFERIOR PRODUCT than what is advertised. I called on a Monday (6/18) and scheduled an appointment for Saturday (6/23). This shop had a competitive price and was close to home. They explained they only purchase Rayno films, and only carry ceramic tint (the Phantom S5 line in particular). We agreed on an appointment for their opening so that I could be the first vehicle in and out. On the phone, they were friendly and helpful. I arrived at 9 AM as per my scheduled appointment. The store was locked. They did not answer their phone until 9:30 AM, and was told they were ten minutes out. No one arrived until after 9:50 AM. Great. The single employee, who explained he was only a helper, began working on my car. In the next hour and a half, I was able to freely wander about the shop. I inspected every roll of tint in that shop. As an engineer, I have done my research on tint and will not be fooled. For those who don't understand, ceramic window tint is a premium product with the best solar heat rejection. Carbon film is an older and cheaper technology. There is a nearly 70% difference in solar heat rejection performance between ceramic and carbon. If you are paying the premium for ceramic, it is because you are a discerning consumer who demands the performance of ceramic. In that shop, I only found two rolls of ceramic film. The rest (15+ rolls) were clearly labeled "Mono Carbon", the entry level product line for Rayno films. There was even a new delivery from UPS with three rolls of brand new Mono Carbon film in varying shades. The helper began cutting film for my rear window. It had already been trimmed and placed on my rear window. I checked the roll, and it was Mono Carbon 35%. I was promised the S5 nano ceramic film. I asked him to stop, and he exclaimed that it's the only 35% tint they have. Keep in mind that on the phone, they insisted they only carry ceramic tint. The owner rolled in rudely just before noon. I asked about the carbon film being installed, and was simply told "I am the tinter. You don't know what I'm putting on your car." Great. That's why I asked. They rustled around their stack of tint trying to find anything, and held up an unlabeled roll of film with 35% scribbled on some painters tape. "It's ceramic, it just doesn't have the sticker." This roll had maybe 2 feet of material left on it, and would not have been sufficient. Great explanation by the owner. Keep in mind all of the other rolls of tint are labeled by the factory "Mono Carbon". There was only one roll labeled "ceramic" and the factory sticker is labeled Phantom S5. They also had a roll of Platinum Air 7090, which is a ceramic product. The owner was extremely defensive when questioned, and then exclaimed that I couldn't be in the shop, only the waiting area. I took the car and left. It appears they are trying to pass off an inferior carbon film as ceramic. I quite literally spent 3 hours of my life at this shop to have my windows poorly cleaned. I would be VERY wary of their claims regarding their use of ceramic tint. That is far more upsetting than the time wasted. read more

I got my trucks windows tinted with the Rayno film. Robert scheduled me for the next morning, and was ready when I arrived. He explained that I could not lower the windows for 2-3 days, and it would be blurry. It would completely dry in a week. He made a perfect match to the back tinting, and though he said it might take an hour, it took 25 minutes. Everyone was polite and helpful. I had a less than stellar experience at Solar Shades. I showed up ten minutes early for my appointment on December 17th at 11:00. Robert wasn't there and they said he would be back in 15 minutes. He finally showed up at 12:00!! He then did a rushed job on my truck and still charged me full price. To make things worse I drove to Phoenix Arizona two weeks later and immediately the tint on the driver side started to peel every time I lowered the window. I have never had tinted windows before but felt that I needed any help I could get to keep my car nice and cool for my new baby. I found a Groupon for these guys and got the tint for my car. The Groupon was for five windows, and my car actually had seven, including the two small side rear windows. They added a small reasonable fee for the additional two windows, but otherwise honored the Groupon with no fuss or up charges. The temp job was well done and has stood up well, through sweltering heat, carwashes, and a week at the airport parking lot. I'd recommend these guys for a good deal for high-quality work. Found this shop online and drove from Wash Park because I got that good of a first impression from them after talking on the phone. The shop is 3M certified and offered many options, I went with 20% Rayno Ceramic on all five windows and it turned out perfect! They also offer more than just tint including detailing. I recently took my car in to have some window tints removed and these guys did a great job. They were upfront with the pricing and the fact that removing the rear window tint could damage the rear defroster but fortunately they were able to pull everything off with no issues. I actually had my subie tinted months back (6+) and have waited to post a review to see how their tint work would hold up. EXCELLENT. I originally had the tint put on when weather was in the 50s/60s Fahrenheit. They tinted to the degree I requested and informed me that they use a carbon-ceramic film. Their work is all hand done for tint application which as they warned, left air bubbles (they say to wait 7-10 days for any bubbles to clear), but mine COMPLETELY cleared in about 14 days. I have definitely felt the difference in heat resistance and wreaked the benefit of rear limo tint having recently traveled over 7,000 miles around the country in various weather conditions. My Subaru Forester has been through below zero, 100+, snow, high winds, rain, hail, and sunshine; I have had no loss of trust in the quality of Solarshadez work and recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable tint job in the greater Denver area (they also have a good warranty should you otherwise experience a less than pleasing job). My front two windows were already matched to the original factory level tint of the rear two windows before I came to Solarshadez. I had them add a 15% layer to my two rear windows, two rear panels (trunk windows), and rear windshield all for just about $150 (may or may not have used a Yelp promo for $15 off). I had an appointment for Saturday at 12.. Drive 25 minutes to get to a closed shop. We recently brought two of our vehicles to get tinting and a clear bra applied. The team was exceptionally nice and courteous and did great work on both vehicles. Our Volvo especially looks amazing! It looks so sleek and the tinting is perfect. We unfortunately got hit by a car shortly after leaving with our tint and clear bra and got our newly coated mirror ripped off.
