My google account is all over the place, I am local to Denver for the past 10 years and live in the…read moreWash Park area. I worked directly with Brenden from the start. I have a 2007 4runner that I travel in all time and often end up sleeping in. I wanted to get some darker tint (front, rear, and tailgate) to help with privacy and temperature control. JGS Customs came highly recommended so I reached out via telephone. Communications were fast and informative. I told him what I was looking for and Brenden walked me through my options for tint based on my needs. You can pick from different levels of the film based on their added benefits. I never felt pressured or that he was upselling me on anything, just the facts. Scheduling was incredibly easy and done through a web app that made it very easy to see open appointments and times. The entire process, you are getting notifications and confirmations every step of the way, which I really appreciated. Once my appointment was made, Brenden reached out to confirm the time and location a couple of days prior which was great as sometimes things happen and changes need to be made. On the morning of the appointment, he reached out again for final confirmation before traveling to my location. Yes, that's right, he came to me.. amazing. We had a quick intro discussion where he spelled out exactly how everything was going to go and made sure I knew all aspects of the job. Again, very reassuring. Once it was all explained in detail, that was it. I was able to leave him alone with the vehicle while I went back to work. A quick text was all that was needed if he ever needed anything while I was away. Brenden finished the job in a very timely manner but definitely not rushed. Sometimes with these things, you feel like they rushed it just to get moving onto the next job. Brenden took his time and did it right. He is booked up and busy (not surprised based on my job with him), you never feel like you're just "another" job. I came down to see the finished work and everything was exactly as we discussed, it turned out perfect. The job is wrapped up with a discussion around instructions for care as well as what you need to do to let everything fully cure properly. I think this is a crucial step that is often left out for people and they (the customer) can mess up a great job by using their windows too soon after or washing them with harsh chemicals. I followed his instructions and just as he said it would, everything settled into place perfectly with no bubbles, no haziness, and clean sharp edges. Seriously if you have tint needs, I highly recommend you reach out to Brenden, I can also provide pictures of my finished (before and after) 4runner. The payment as at the end was via credit card, but he would have excepted Venmo or Paypal as well. Nothing feels hard when working with JGS. Lifetime warranty is great and I know if I ever have issues, Brenden is a phone call away for guidance. He offers other services outside of tinting as well, I'll be bringing my other vehicles his way for sure.

I've posted photos of my front bumper in an attempt to demonstrate their incredible technical skill. Paint protection film installation at this level of expertise becomes art. When it's installed correctly, it's virtually invisible. Of course you can't see the film in my photos because it was a perfect installation, but what you might not realize is that nearly all the plastic trim pieces on my bumper are also covered. Look at all the creases, curves and contours on my bumper! This install was no cake walk and many ClearBra techs wouldn't attempt this level of coverage. I've had film installed on all of my previous cars, and I'm simply blown away by their talent in comparison. Jake & Zach also installed a ClearBra on my daughter's Ford Bronco as well as a special coating to my husband's Jeep windshield to help reduce glare which has allowed him to drive at night again. Witnessing their magic is addictive. I have to find something else around my house for them to put ClearBra on. My lawnmower, maybe. . . I highly, highly recommend Flatirons Tint & ClearBra because Jake & Zach care more about your car than you do. I'm extremely fussy about my cars, and will never step foot into another ClearBra shop after I saw what they're capable of. Their pricing is too low in my opinion for what you get, and I'm not sure how they get anything done with all the time they waisted answering all of my questions anyway. Thank you SO much Jake & Zach for going above and beyond for me. My standards were already high, and you've raised them to impossible. I am a fan in the most obnoxious way.
