The headlights on my 9 year old Subaru Outback were so bad that it made driving back from the mountains dangerous after dark. Reese was originally scheduled to restore my headlights at my place of work on a Thursday but on the afternoon of our appointment he contacted me to say that we needed to reschedule because it was too windy outside and he was afraid the finished product would not be up to his standards. So we reset the appointment for my house, which was a much further drive for him, on a Saturday! He took his time and when he was done my 11 year old headlights looked brand new! Originally I just scheduled the headlight restoration, but when he arrived, he also offered to fix my windshield (which I needed to do anyway). And, while he was there, he fixed my boyfriend's windshield as well. It was wonderful to get it all done at once, and we didn't have to leave the house.
