Great mobile service, 10/10 will use again. Brad was very thorough and efficient in replacing my windshield.

Replaced 2 windshields for me in one trip. There was a mixup on the windshield required for my Volvo but they were able to figure things out and get it all wrapped up in one visit. Will definitely use them again. Excellent pricing as well. read more

I've used this shop personally and sent friends and clients there. Locally owned and operated. Great service and work. Highly recommend!

BUYER BEWARE. Replaced windshield. Within 2 weeks, 4 separate cracks appeared across windshield. Obviously, either faulty installation or glass. Owner claiming no responsibility. Unethical business practice. read more

They came to me, were timely and professional. A new pair of windshield wipers were included. I would use them again.

Excellent service at reasonable prices. I've used these folks twice and they're true customer service which is a refreshing change.

Excellent communication. Reasonable pricing. Tech showed up as scheduled and was competent and friendly. read more

Excellent customer care. Because of the cold, Jason took my truck to their shop and did a great jub on 2 windows. One (factory) had gone opaque and the other was broken out in an attempted theft/burglary. I had him back out to replace the windshield which was starred and pitted. Great work and a very reasonable price. Thanks! read more

We had a small chip on the windshield of our Volvo XC60. Van Go was prompt, fast, and affordable. More than a month has passed and the crack has remained the same size. read more

Super responsive and they came to our house to do a windshield repair promptly for a good price. Highly recommend!

Great communication and timely, expert service at our home. The technician, Jason, was terrific. Unlike some others I contacted, Tim at Van Go asked several questions about our car before giving a price quote. read more

I am so impressed with this business. They went above and beyond helping us out with our window replacement. This involved finding an actual replacement (old hybrid made it a bit difficult) and getting it done quickly and helping to transport it for us as well. Very responsive, and kind staff and quality work to boot. read more

Professional, on-time and the job was done correctly. They were communicative and informed me as to arrival and progress, would use again.

Coordination for the windshield replacement was easy and flexible, and Tim was very responsive. There was a little mixup, and Van Go installed a higher grade windshield in my truck than quoted, but they honored the original quoted price. My technician was awesome. Appreciate the great install! read more

So glad I found Van Go Auto Glass here on Yelp! I called, received a quote, and had my windshield replaced within 24 hours! Super easy! Dan came to my house to fix my windshield and he was super nice and personable. Highly recommend! read more

HONEST HONEST HONEST! I had 5-6 chips and little cracks in the old windshield. Advised to bring the car back in after winter to have glass replaced rather than waste $$$ now in repair read more

Next day service due to holidays. Technician was excellent and fixed two windshield chips before the weather got worse. I will definitely call them again. read more

Best price I found with the added bonus of a punny name. Easy to schedule. As I was en route to get a chip repaired... I got another chip (not my week to be behind trucks.) I don't want to out their generosity but they repaired both for the price of one. Only complaint is I showed up with a list of emails to send while waiting and they were so quick I barely made a dent in my list :) Highly recommend!! read more

Will soon have them install windshield They were recommended by my auto dealer. We will see what kind of work they do. I assume they do good work as they work with my dealer. read more

The first time the company was good. They came and fixed my windshield without any issues. The second time, they never showed up during the promised time. I had to call them to find put that there was a delay. Apparently, there was a late delivery that impacted their schedule. Here's my question: Why didn't someone from the company call me about the delay? Why waste my entire morning? At least be courteous enough to call your customers and let them know about a delay so they can choose to reschedule if needed. Now I sat around waiting for 4 hours without getting my windshield fixed and will have to go somewhere else to have it done. At the very least, a phone call and apology would have been appropriate. read more

These guys were awesome. Fair estimate and quick service! Great customer service on the first call.

I would recommend to anyone! Great experience. Friendly, very helpful with getting the insurance coverage, very quick doing full windshield replacements. Used the 2x time now and I am very happy. Good customer service from every step of the way. Thank you and good job! read more

Made an appointment for Saturday morning, quick and easy. Great service at reasonable prices

Fast and professional service. Great communication and comparable prices. Mobile on-site service was convenient.

On time, same price as quoted and communicated well. New windshield love :) I would gladly recommend.

SCAMMERS!!!! I requested a quote for a replacement windshield on my vehicle...I provided a fake VIN to see how honest this place would be. They responded with: "Your vin# does show you have the lane departure warning system and that camera would need to be recalibrated so we would need to have that here in our shop. The cost for the glass and calibration is $985.00 + tax." First of all, the VIN I provided was fake, so how can you quote me?! Secondly, $985?! I can get that much cheaper through insurance. Save your time and money and don't use these people! read more

First time user very impressed! Operator was so friendly and was able to get my broken window scheduled to be fix the next day. Dan was awesome! Knew exactly what I needed. Respected my car and was quick with install! And price was sooooo much better than that other window repair we all know. If I ever need any car window repairs I'll be contacting them in a heartbeat! Sorry the drive was far but you all are amazing! Thank you again! read more

Very quick turnaround, mobile repair, and great service.

I would recommend to anyone! Great experience. Our drivers side window was smashed by attempted theft, with temperatures below freezing outside. Service was prompt, friendly and professional and the technician was thorough and skilled, and even vacuumed the broken glass throughout the vehicle and did a minor adjustment to the door frame where it was bent. I was grateful to be able to offer a gratuity, as mobile repair was so convenient and the peach was so great. read more

Had a simple crack repaired and a nice conversation with Tim. Van Go Auto Glass is quick and makes the process easy. I appreciate that Tim explained to me why repairing a crack immediately is so important, and how the price in replacing a windshield racks up with special functions like cameras. I'll be returning to them with my next windshield/auto glass, problem. read more

So speedy! And great value. This job took less than 30 minutes. After some miscommunication, the actual job was done very well.

Over all not a good experience. They were responsive and easy to deal with and the kid that came out was within the window of time and was very nice. But the repair job looks awful and he barely even wiped off the gunk he used from the window so I had to go get it cleaned. And they never told me that they charge a 10% credit card charge. He told me when he was already on his way and ten minutes away. So sketchy. Would not recommend. read more

Seems like I break a wind shield on one of my vehicles at least once every year. That's what comes from traveling frequently to Arizona. When I do break the glass, though, I drive from my home in Aurora to Bromfield to go to Van Go Auto Glass. My Subaru has a technology windshield so it has to be correctly replaced and calibrated. Van Go does it fast and doesn't use cheap materials. It is worth the drive to Bromfield to have it done right by somebody that knows what they are doing. Thank You! Van Go! read more

Jason was prompt, attentive, and did a great job on my chipped window. Also the person who answered my initial chat was fantastic in accommodating the challenges with working with a difficult location. Less expensive than competitors, no upselling. Always happy to support a local business! read more

Spotless location in Broomfield, Nice people, but the 1st windshield cracked within a week. They then put a better quality in, and time will tell. My only complaint is that they should have used the best quality part in the first place. read more

They were very nice and responsive and did a very good job. The guy called when he was in his way and everything.
