The first time the company was good. They came and fixed my windshield without any issues. The second time, they never showed up during the promised time. I had to call them to find put that there was a delay. Apparently, there was a late delivery that impacted their schedule. Here's my question: Why didn't someone from the company call me about the delay? Why waste my entire morning?At least be courteous enough to call your customers and let them know about a delay so they can choose to reschedule if needed. Now I sat around waiting for 4 hours without getting my windshield fixed and will have to go somewhere else to have it done. At the very least, a phone call and apology would have been appropriate. read more

SCAMMERS!!!! I requested a quote for a replacement windshield on my vehicle...I provided a fake VIN to see how honest this place would be. They responded with: "Your vin# does show you have the lane departure warning system and that camera would need to be recalibrated so we would need to have that here in our shop. The cost for the glass and calibration is $985.00 + tax." First of all, the VIN I provided was fake, so how can you quote me?! Secondly, $985?! I can get that much cheaper through insurance. I would recommend to anyone! Great experience. Our drivers side window was smashed by attempted theft, with temperatures below freezing outside. Service was prompt, friendly and professional and the technician was thorough and skilled, and even vacuumed the broken glass throughout the vehicle and did a minor adjustment to the door frame where it was bent. So speedy! And great value. This job took less than 30 minutes. After some miscommunication, the actual job was done very well.

Over all not a good experience. They were responsive and easy to deal with and the kid that came out was within the window of time and was very nice. But the repair job looks awful and he barely even wiped off the gunk he used from the window so I had to go get it cleaned. And they never told me that they charge a 10% credit card charge. He told me when he was already on his way and ten minutes away. So sketchy. Would not recommend. read more

Seems like I break a wind shield on one of my vehicles at least once every year. That's what comes from traveling frequently to Arizona. When I do break the glass, though, I drive from my home in Aurora to Bromfield to go to Van Go Auto Glass. My Subaru has a technology windshield so it has to be correctly replaced and calibrated. Van Go does it fast and doesn't use cheap materials. It is worth the drive to Bromfield to have it done right by somebody that knows what they are doing. Thank You! Van Go! read more

Scheduling was quick and easy, the tech came out right on time and called 30 minutes before he got to my home. The process took all of 10 minutes to fill/fix the chip in my windshield. Every person I dealt with was extremely friendly, polite and very professional! Somewhat flexible service, but had some communication issues when getting scheduling worked out. The receptionist was polite and accommodating when trying to make a reservation only a few days in advanced, but with only a date and not a time the responsibility fell on me to call and get a confirmed time window. The individual I spoke with on the day of the appointment was polite and noted I'd get a call from the tech, which I did as he showed up. Luckily, I was around and stayed close to home so no time was lost, but better scheduling would have been appreciated. The work was done quickly to fill a chip: not the best chip repair I've had on this windshield, but the tech was polite and gave me some tips if I can't get things repaired quickly in the future. I went the insurance route but if I didn't have coverage, I'd skip a paid service and repair the chips on my own. I'll give them a shot again in the future, but aim for a defined service window. Had a rather serious crack in the windshield, called, and Susan answered the phone on the second ring. Nice to actually reach someone, and not have to leave a VM for a callback...sometime, as their competitors do. Susan quoted me a price, said she was scheduling for the next afternoon between 1-5PM, and I booked it. They showed up at 2PM, (without calling ahead of time to give me a heads up, as promised), but it worked fine for my schedule, as it turns out. While visiting town to move in my college student we had a huge rock chip that caused cracks down the windshield. James was able to come out in less than 24 hours and get the windshield replaced.
