They also shared helpful information about the correct windshield for my vehicle and were flexible with payment options. I'll definitely contact them for future auto glass needs and would recommend them to a friend.

The team was friendly and responded quickly to my messages on Yelp. As other reviewers have mentioned, there is a rather spartan waiting room and it is in a rather maze-like garage complex. Pricing for glass replacement was competitive, but it was the ready availability of the replacement glass and the quick scheduling that secured the deal.

The lady behind the desk was really nice and told me that insurance usually covers rock chip repairs. She got my insurance on the phone for me, and she was right. Free repair, bonus! They also got the repair done in no time! I told them I had tried to 'yelp' auto glass in Arvada and they didn't come up. John (A managing partner) was also behind the desk and asked me about yelp, so I told him. He was intrigued and thanked me for the info, asked if I had a deductible, he wanted to discount it for me, but I didn't so he said that he would give me a deal the next time I need a windshield! One thing that is confusing is that although they have a Broomfield address/zip it is really located more like North Arvada, on the South-East corner of 88th and Wads across from the Home Depot shopping center.

For the store itself I say they crushed it and did the best they could with what they had so that's a great value in my book. They took about 2.5 hrs for a windshield install and I cannot be happier about the glass itself. Great job all around besides the communication which is no fault of the store itself.
