Jorge quoted me promptly and got the job done on time. He assured he should be able to restore it like new. He restored our car back to original condition. I had just purchased a new Outback Wilderness, and within the first thousand miles had noticed an almost non-existent crease in the door. It was so subtle, only I (and Jorge) could see it. I also had a few dimple dents on the inside of my door due to using a trim removal tool during my self-installed audio system. Again, noticeable only to myself. I did a quick search, and felt good about Dent Motion with recent reviews, and Jorge was very quick to respond. He was able to get me in quickly, having sent an inquiry Monday and I made a visit today, Wednesday, with a reasonable quote. I arrived two minutes early, and he started my vehicle right away. He had other vehicles in, but the way he was set up, it seemed like he had an excellent ability to multitask. Super professional, and rare these days. Well, we could've talked for hours. Such a cool guy. It was a bummer I had to multi-task and make a work call. I walked around the building to get better cell service, found a Starbucks, came back after getting coffee, and it was already completed. And to circle back on the multitasking, he had made incredible progress on a different vehicle with severe dents. That was impressive alone! Jorge is a magician. That reasonable quote turned into a bargain in my opinion, thanks to his craftsmanship and attention to detail. I was elated. He did exactly what I had hoped for, and did it well. My daughter's Corolla suffered some ... unknown... calamity. I suspect she knows what happened, but she is not sharing. Because of the great Yelp reviews for Dent Motion, my husband called. Jorge said that the damage described wasn't exactly what he usually did, but he might be able to help. We brought the car by for him to see. He said he thought he could help and quoted a fair price. We left the car overnight and the next afternoon it wasn't quite ready. Seems he had discovered a loose headlight and was fixing that too. We picked the car up at 5:00 and offered extra for the headlight. He said, "No" and just stuck with the quoted price. What a pleasant business to deal with and Jorge was terrific. He spent 15 minutes patiently answering my questions on the phone, remembered our conversation when my husband called back to schedule service, and worked us in the week of Thanksgiving.
