The windshield washer reservoir was replaced, but it was never filled, and it still shows as empty even when the reservoir is full. The lower passenger-side light was also not seated properly and was left loose. Most importantly, sensors were replaced, but they are still not working correctly. This is now my second time returning to have the sensor issue addressed. After the first visit, I took my vehicle to Mike Maroone Ford for a complete diagnostic. Their conclusion was that the sensor was not communicating and that the problem was most likely with the sensor itself or the wiring that was installed. When I returned for the second time and explained exactly what Mike Maroone Ford had diagnosed, I was treated as though I did not understand my own vehicle. I was told that my vehicle did not have a camera and that it was impossible for it to have lane assist without one. I was also told that they would not trust anything Mike Maroone Ford said. What they apparently do not know is that Mike Maroone Ford installed a new engine in my vehicle and has extensive knowledge of this particular vehicle. At this point, I am no longer willing to continue bringing my vehicle back. I will be having Mike Maroone Ford diagnose and repair the problems caused by the previous work. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. I expected the work to be completed correctly the first time, or at minimum, for the concerns I raised to be taken seriously.

Claim they sent text instead. Texts never received. Ben, in the office, tells me "I can prove we sent you a text 1 minute after we opened." Huh? What a smooth and courteous way to talk to a customer. Important phone call to GM Alex never returned. Also, shop does not understand the Honda system. Kept insisting they needed to "recalibrate" my car because Lanewatch was not working property. All they had to do was reboot the system via the touchscreen to correct.

Immediately to me, that's a red flag. He comes back and says they ONLY work with insurance. We questioned what difference it would have made if we paid them vs insurance paid them, they gave some B.S. roundabout excuse. I believe this body shop ONLY works with insurance so that they can jack up the prices & likely bill for unnecessary things, so that they get paid more. Otherwise, they would have let us pay out of pocket. Beware of this body shop.

I was very appreciative they could get me in as quickly as possible due to my upcoming move, but the quality is absolutely horrific. I picked up my vehicle the evening before the movers were coming so I had no chance to inspect my vehicle or request they fix the issues. They had my vehicle for 4 weeks! My passenger rear door was struck and after the repairs it sounds like a wind tunnel in my vehicle now. My interior is jet black leather, but they installed the wrong colors. The door panel is not properly installed and are loose. I would swear the parts are not OEM and were acquired from second hand sources due to their appearance. The weatherstripping isn't attached, and won't connect to the door. Absolutely horrible work!

They claim it was because the $3,000 supplement they submitted didn't get approved by my insurance for four weeks, but they already had an approved repair estimate in their hands worth $16,000 that should have been started in that time. There was nothing in my contract stating that they wouldn't start repairs until a supplement was approved and the useless front-desk staff led me to believe that those original repairs had been started in that time. Because of this large delay, my rental car coverage of 50 days expired and I was forced to pay a grand total of $650 (plus $185 for tolls) out of my own pocket for the rental car for the last 3 weeks my car was still in the shop. I should also add that I finally had to go into the shop IN PERSON after those first five weeks to finally get answers because you can't get any over the phone, and that's when they showed me my car and I saw it had not been touched. The supplement had been approved a week earlier but they still hadn't started the repairs at this point. I tried to go above Traci and speak to corporate to see if they would at least reimburse me for half of the rental cost since it was their fault and they said they spoke with the owner who told them under NO circumstances will they reimburse for rental cars. I was originally quoted a timeline of 3-4 weeks and my car was there for 10 whole weeks in the end. The shop is blaming my insurance, my insurance is blaming the shop, and I got shafted with this HUGE payment when I did quite literally nothing wrong. These people are rude, slow, and have NO care for their customer at the end of the day. I got screwed over and all they will offer me is that they will "use this experience in future trainings with their staff". I will never come to this shop again and will warn everyone I know against it.

Also, after reviewing the initial insurance estimate they said they'd need to talk to my insurance to cover the cost of all necessary repairs. They got my car done in the timeframe they stated, and I always appreciate it when an auto shop does that since it's unfortunately not that common. When I picked up my car, there were a few small dents that were still kind of noticeable, although in fairness they were likely rock chips, not from hail. So they said to bring it back the next day and they'd do their best to improve them as much as possible. So I dropped it off and they just needed 30 minutes to make the rock chips almost unnoticeable. Hopefully I won't need body work again anytime soon, but if I do I'm coming here, no doubt.
