I see lots of great reviews here for service, and I will say they were relatively quick, and they communicated well. That's about the extent of what I can vouch for on this repair. My vehicle was backed into and had the front left fender bent in as well as the front bumper. The other drivers insurance took care of everything and claimed full liability. Maybe under these circumstances they short sell how much service is needed, but the vehicle looks like it was given the most bare minimum to return it to me. The fender wasn't even replaced, it was "repaired" and" resprayed". The fender in no way matches the original shape and is very obviously still bent in, and there are clear scratches throughout the fender from where they sanded down the old paint. The gaps between the hood, fender, and front head light are completely inconsistent, the front left facia was loose upon delivery and I am able to move the front bumper back and forth on the impacted side. I fixed this in 30 seconds with a screwdriver and by popping a plastic cover, but should I be doing this? There is 0 paint matching being made between the fender and the hood/ or the A Pillar. The car all in all was returned dirty with streaks across the entirety of it and fresh scratches throughout the entire vehicle, but most especially where the vehicle was meant to be repaired. The cherry on top is a dirty headliner from a careless tech, dust on the inner door wells that they should have cleaned, and what looks like grey metallic sharpy on the left fender cover. Maybe if I had payed for this myself they would have done a better job? All in all pretty bummed to get my car back in this condition. read more

It is rare that business and professional people delight you when very unhappy about bag things happening to the second largest item you purchase in your life. A distracted driver rammed my CRV when he reached for his water bottle that dropped to the floor and he slammed down the accelerator. Caliber Collision "Express Service" was the most awesome collision service I ever experienced from the appoint call setup to vehicle pickup. Competence, customer care, customer communication, logistics and competent management set them out front of other collision shops. Here are some details: I made an appoint with no waiting period, estimated repair of 5 days, work done in 3 days... fast! no log wait to come in! Chris the appraiser communicated clearly the details, Jake the advisor did daily progress calls and texts finalizing details with my vote. The parts used for the CRV repair were made by Honda, generic parts like trailer hitch were an upgraded quality to mine. They also removed smaller imperfection on the car as a courtesy. WOW! The Enterprise car rental was also top shelf. The CRV was washed and cleaned spotless inside and outside for my CRV pickup. Caliber Collision has raised the bar to a very high for competitors. This is only my second review I've ever written. I'm a long way from home, single mom doing a road trip with my girls all the way from Chicago to do college tours. On a brief excursion to Chautauqua Park I banged up our 2005 Honda Odyssey and a part beneath my sliding door came unhinged and dangled. I googled body shops and Caliber came up and said a prayer that I could get a quick look and someone would jimmyrig it. Jake came out within 2 minutes took a look and said he would have his guy look at it. Worst case he could remove. Within 10 minutes it was fixed. I walked out with Jake and the other great guy (wish I knew his name) to do a look over and Jaír noticed another part of my car that was dislodged ( my bumper which had been that way for years!) and he called the guy back to tighten that part up. He got my vehicle back to me in 10 days and keep me informed every step along the way of my repair. My dark green BMW front bumper had white paint scrapes from a "run-in with my garage". I had received repair bids from 2 reputable collision shops in Boulder, each over $2K, which seemed crazy, so I deferred the repair. Yesterday, I happened to be in the parking lot in front of Caliber Collision and the owner, Jake, saw my car and asked me if I would like the paint removed. He shared it would take 30 seconds once he had the materials. Jake returned a minute later with a cloth soaked in some magic potion, wiped my car and voila! The paint was gone and my car looks just as it did before the run-in. What an amazing and ethical businessman! These guys are great!! My son's Jeep was vandalized and someone had keyed the driver's side door. We took the Jeep to this location to get a quote for repairing the damage. Instead of giving us a quote, they took about 15 minutes to see if they could fix the damage right then and there. Though a lot of the damage was below the clear coat, whatever they did was a vast improvement. I would say it was about 80% better and my son was happy enough that he didn't feel it needed to be fixed further. The best part - they didn't charge us at all for their effort! They go above and beyond without flinching! These folks fixed my car last spring of 2023 due to an accident. They were swft, very competent, and very personable! Fast, friendly and outstanding service. I was in a bad car accident about 3 weeks ago and needed my car fixed quickly. I usually go through a local shop that I love but they were booked out until January. Geico recommended this place so I took and chance and was super impressed.
