My car was recently rear-ended and I tried to bring the car here based on the previous experience. VERY POOR DECISION. Unfortunately, this is no longer a good company. I tried calling repeatedly for a month to be told they were having internet issues. After getting to the first call, they confirmed they would schedule the car once they ordered the parts. I followed up again via email and was told that they would reach out when all the parts were in. Two months later when I followed up again to ask if the parts were in and could we schedule the car, I was told they couldn't schedule my car until two months out from July. Then she came back to the line again and was told "Oh no, we will need to schedule in December." I have wasted 3 - 4 months hoping that somewhere in this once very good company a person would be able to help return it to a better place. I have definitely been disappointed. This is not a good company to bring your car for repair. The ownership has slipped and the staff is very incompetent. I thought as a repeat customer you might be considered good business and want to keep their business. The front office staff truly does not know how to handle people or schedule business.

It was frustrating as insurance would only cover 30 days of a rental. When I got my vehicle back, there were problems/vehicle damage as a result of them taking the vehicle apart to complete the original repairs. Communication during the process was lacking. Apparently the original person overseeing the job left during the process and we paid the price. The hail damage was repaired fairly decently, but beware of the issues related to communication, length of time needed, and additional damage that could result from PDR and replacement of vehicle parts.

From the beginning these guys were friendly and communicated clearly as to the time table for repairs. A lot of cars in the area had been damaged and so they were busy. Also, after reviewing the initial insurance estimate they said they'd need to talk to my insurance to cover the cost of all necessary repairs. They got my car done in the timeframe they stated, and I always appreciate it when an auto shop does that since it's unfortunately not that common. When I picked up my car, there were a few small dents that were still kind of noticeable, although in fairness they were likely rock chips, not from hail. So they said to bring it back the next day and they'd do their best to improve them as much as possible. So I dropped it off and they just needed 30 minutes to make the rock chips almost unnoticeable. Hopefully I won't need body work again anytime soon, but if I do I'm coming here, no doubt.

They did inspect it, but recommended not fixing it because they considered it a small leak and said it was essentially part of owning a Jetta. That explanation didn't make much sense to me since the car had no leak at all before the incident. I was also told it was minor, but my garage floor is now covered in oil, which doesn't feel "small." And it continues to leak every day.

I was referred to Aerosuds from Paul at the dealership we purchased the truck from. I called and talked to Nicki (sorry if I spelled your name wrong), and she was very informative, as to what they would need to do. She gave me a price breakdown, for the parts, labor, tax, and alignment, for our particular truck. The following day, me and my wife were off from work, and since I am more of a visual person, we decided to stop by this establishment to see exactly what they were going to do. When we got there, Nicki was busy helping another customer, I ended up talking to Shawn ( sorry if I spelled your name wrong). Shawn was also very helpful, as well as informative, and quoted me the same price as Nicki. Shawn didn't try to upswell, he was catering to what I wanted, which was very comforting. After me and my wife decided to get this done, I called Aerosuds, talked to Shawn, he went over the exact price again, he ordered the part (which I paid for in advance), and had the leveling kit installed two days later. When I picked up the truck, it was later in the evening, so I really couldn't see how the truck looked. I couldn't wait to the morning to get a good look at the truck, and what was done. All I can say is "WOW", I am so happy with how the truck looks, but more impressed with the level of professionalism, and customer service that was provided. Thank you Shawn, and Nicki, for all of your help.
