Me and my partner brought our vehicle here for a detail. When we picked up the vehicle, we had things missing from our vehicle and our vehicle was also damaged. Communication was very poor between the young man who did the detailing. We would not recommend this business at all. read more

I brought my 2005 MINI Cooper to Dustin to get it ready for sale. This car has hauled bikes, snowboards, kids and dogs; all of them shedding something. When Dustin was done with it, it looked and smelled like a brand new car. I thought I might just keep it. If you're in the area, bring your car to Dustin for detailing. If you're not, make the drive. You will be totally impressed by the work he does. read more

I used them for a auto detail they did a great job! I will deff use them again, they had a good price and fast.

Had my car detailed here today. The actual detailing was great- car looks brand new, all the leather is great and they really went above and beyond to get all the dog hair out of my car. Which is no small task. I've been super excited all day to get a clean car back and didn't mind paying a premium to do so. But the customer service was atrocious. When I called I specifically asked what types of payment they took to make sure I had what was appropriate. After they finished my car- they told me they only took cash and "wouldn't release my vehicle" until paid in full. Their card reader "got wet and they don't have one now"...Semi-Understandable, but come on man, be up front if you're going to only take cash. No one said anything about that when I dropped my car off, and in fact told me the opposite when I specifically asked. Also, when I called and made the appointment, they told me they would leave any belongings in a bag on my seat. When I received my car back, some stuff was missing. When I asked the nice young man who did the car about it, he offered to look through the trash, then didn't, and just shrugged his shoulders. Kinda bummed my stuff is gone. All in all, horrendous interactions with the employees but they did a great job on my car. Come with cash, make sure there is nothing in your car you want back. I will be finding a more reputable place to get my car detailed from now on. read more

I took my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Pearl to get it cleaned up after a 3,000 mile road trip to California. It was trashed. My entire experience with Pear was incredible. They answered the phone the first call, were very cordial, got me in the next day and had it ready to go exactly when they said they would. AND...when I showed up I was amazed at how it looked...like new...no, actually, better then when I bought it new. Every little detail was attended to, all the way down to conditioning of my floor mats and cleaning of the engine compartment. And as a crazy added bonus, I had been having trouble with my electronic seat positioning memory...it had stopped working. I was going to have to take it to the dealer to look at. But...when I got it back from Pearl it was magically working again! Needless to say I am a customer for life. Thanks guys!! Brett read more

Joseph and Hayden at Pearl Detail are absolutely top notch! I had my brought my wife's car, a 2013 Cruze and my 2013 Accord to be detailed as they were well overdue. The Cruze had stains all over the cloth seats, dirt and crud between the console and seats and everywhere else you can think of, and its all gone, the interior looks and feels brand new. They were also able to remove some clear coat scratches from the truck lid and many other locations on the car, which makes it look brand new as well. My Honda had dye-transfer on the Leather seats and crud between them as well, which I got back looking brand new today as well. The car washes that touch your car with the spinning cleaners cause many fine clear coat scratches, and they are buffed out as well. The car looks and feels brand new. We have found the best place to get our cars detailed, and these guys take the time and have the tools to do it right the first time! read more

Dustin did a great job! I had my car detailed to make it easier to sell, and it worked! The 12-year-old car looked new again. Everything was spotless, even the old carpets looked great. Highly recommended. read more

I dumped 16oz of coffee all over my beige interior driver's seat. After trying to clean it myself at home, the smell had become annoying and so I called up Hayden at Pearl Detail for some help. They got me in immediately and customized a clean job for me on the spot. Since I only needed the two front seats cleaned, I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Customer service was awesome, and when he showed me the work they had done I couldn't believe it was my car. 7 years of dirt, paw prints, camping dust, kid stains, you name it- was gone. My tan seats are actually tan again! I highly recommend their services! read more

What a relief!!!! It was suppose to be leak prof, it wasn't, and it did spill dark roast coffee all over my passenger seat!!! I called Joseph ( thank you Justin @Car Quest) and he totally cleaned the seat so you'd never know, and he did the back seat floor also. I'm excited to have my entire interior done. Thanks Joseph, you are a great business for Longmont. read more

These guys might be the best detailers on the planet, but their customer service is sorely lacking. I stood inside the foyer to their business for 15 minutes waiting to be waited on, and rang their bell three times. No one responded. All the while two male employees were outside doing detail work on a car, saw me there, and otherwise refused to acknowledge my existence. Based on the other reviews here, these guys must do good work. It's why I chose them for my business. However, since I am invisible to them, so is my money. Buh-bye. read more
