I set up an appointment through this app and checked in the night before to confirm my appointment. He estimated that the process would take 3-4 hours, and he actually spent 5 hours which I didn't expect but was pleased with due to the great results. Cody came to my house in the early morning on a hot summer day with all of his supplies, including towels, hose connector, wax machine, cleaning materials, and more, which was very convenient. He first washed my car in the driveway and let the foam sink in. He then had me move it into the garage where he could dry the car, wax and detail the interior. Cody was thorough in his work and clearly took pride in what he does, which he does well. I pointed out a few problem areas and he was able to address them accordingly. He went over what he did to ensure my car stay in pristine condition, including applying sealant, steam cleaning, and protective coating. I can already see a difference, especially the interior. From the beginning these guys were friendly and communicated clearly as to the time table for repairs. A lot of cars in the area had been damaged and so they were busy. Also, after reviewing the initial insurance estimate they said they'd need to talk to my insurance to cover the cost of all necessary repairs. They got my car done in the timeframe they stated, and I always appreciate it when an auto shop does that since it's unfortunately not that common. When I picked up my car, there were a few small dents that were still kind of noticeable, although in fairness they were likely rock chips, not from hail. So they said to bring it back the next day and they'd do their best to improve them as much as possible. So I dropped it off and they just needed 30 minutes to make the rock chips almost unnoticeable. Hopefully I won't need body work again anytime soon, but if I do I'm coming here, no doubt.

I don't know what they are supposed to wipe down but I had to come home and wipe down my entire interior. Before I left there were lots of spots on the window. I was trying get them with a tissue and someone finally saw me and redid the windshield. The back window has several long drip marks bc the car wasn't dried. They use consumer grade window cleaner sold on Amazon for under $3. I had to clean bugs off that the wash didn't remove. What a complete waste of money. Won't happen twice. --------------- What a canned response. If your company was interested in fixing the problem you would. Too many people complain about the same thing. Clearly you're not addressing the problem.
