The paint was incredible - almost buttery to the touch, interior was flawless - ALL dog hair GONE. It's actually hard to believe this all occurred in a few hours. When I went to trade it in, the dealer said "we've never seen a trade in look like that, are you sure it's not a new car?" I just laughed. I recently renewed my membership on the 26th, but when I went through the member lane the other day, the screen said my form of payment had declined. I assumed the renewal hadn't gone through, so I signed up again. I later realized I was charged twice and am now paying for two memberships. I'm not sure if this issue is related to the license plate scanner or how my information was entered by an employee, but it's frustrating to run into this kind of problem after everything had been working smoothly. I've had amazing results specifically with the new side that they built over here but that may sound stupid cause I'm sure they use the same product for both sides. I have a 2018 Kia so I generally wash my car in the do it yourself bays cause I like getting every little bit of my car clean & then I use the hand held dryers & get awesome results. The do it yourself bays are always clean & very well maintained. I personally spend about $15-$18 when I use the do it yourself wash which includes me using the foam brush, spray wax, spotless rinse & followed with the hand held dryer at the end. The shine that I get after I use their spray wax & then use the hand held dryer, is really surprising & I've never gotten such a good end result from a car wash honestly! But the auto washes do an amazing job as well. I think they do a lot better than most. Obviously with auto washes, you can never ever expect it to get every single nook & cranny but I have yet to have any issues with their auto washes here & have a lot of dirt or anything left over that the auto wash didn't get. I have never left the auto wash with scratches or damage to my car, I check it every time when I'm done. Also, the new side has a dog wash that is really awesome!! I've only used it once but it was so convenient & simple. It was gentle & is set up well to contain your dog safely. The new vacuums on the newly built side are phenomenal. The one I use has like a "super turbo" option & it actually does have crazy suction & gets everything out of my carpet & rugs I guess you could say the only downfall to this location would be the crazy lines that accumulate on warm weekend days. A few months after the buff job I got rear ended and needed the receipts for insurance, he was able to resend everything to me no problem within the same day I requested them.
