When I brought it into Royal, I figured it would be cleaned and look good enough to get a fair trade in price. What I got back was, in all seriousness, a brand new Jeep!! The paint was incredible - almost buttery to the touch, interior was flawless - ALL dog hair GONE. It's actually hard to believe this all occurred in a few hours. When I went to trade it in, the dealer said "we've never seen a trade in look like that, are you sure it's not a new car?" I just laughed. They proceeded to give me MORE than what I asked for the value. When you take your ride to Royal Detail, you're getting highly attentive service, professional results and an extremely fair price. The level of service is unmatched in most of today's auto industry. Without exaggeration, Yisrael is closer to an artist than a detailer and the proof is in the results. I wanted it to look new again and that's exactly what he was able to do. The interior looks brand new. My golden retriever had gotten hair at everybody that has ever had a gold that knows how much hair they get off and I was shocked at how much hair was in the back. Now I look back there and there's not one here. It's totally clean. He also talked me into a nice wax on the exterior and now when you drive up to my truck, it looks absolutely brand new. All the little paint, transfers, and door dings I paid extra. I have him get off. I have very low expectation that they would go away, but when I walked up after he cleaned it. I had to look to see where the doors were at. He did an amazing job and I would recommend him to anybody. We also had a company vehicle that the clearcoat had started to fail.
