Couldn't be happier! I got ceramic wrap on my Audi TT. It's so shiny it looks like a mirror. My god they blew my expectations out of the water!!! Reggie is so friendly and always at the front. I have continued to support this business since the ownership changed and they moved to a new location, but I won't be going back for a few reasons. They left a spray of cleaner on the plastic lens over my odometer, and it permanently corroded the surface. I also had an instance where I'd made an appointment and when I dropped my car off, there was no one in the shop. I called in to check a few hours later, and although I'd made my appointment with the manager, he hadn't made a note of it. Then, most recently, I brought my car in and they didn't clean the dirt tray at all. I recognize that any business can have a bad minute, but I think of this establishment every time I look at my blurred speedometer. read more

My Onyx came out gorgeous! I had just taken her in a move with three dogs. My slick sedan was filled with sand and enough dog hair to make a new dog. Filthy, former wax streaks, scratches and dust filled, my 2009 looked like a new girl after Mike was finished. I put her in the garage for the Colorado winter and have brought out the truck. I chose the option to have my seats removed for the cleaning, which means that all of the dust and other junk that had collected in hard-to-reach crevices (e.g. between the seat and center console) over the years is now gone! I had the owner, Itay, replace my windshield. He did an AMAZING job, the outcome was flawless, AND it was very cheap! How often can anyone say that!? He was extremely helpful and responsive through the whole process. I had removed my old windshield to do some DIY rust repair and he even took the time to look at my finished work prior to installing the new glass (two days before) to make sure I had done what was necessary to prepare the surface. If there were ten stars Itay would get them all, he is genuine, honest, and offers a rare level of care and customer service. If you need windshield work this is the place to do it. I actually called Safelite, and got tired of their automated recordings, menu options, and waiting on hold. So I called Itay and he picked right up. I can't believe I almost gave my money to some big company that can't even bother to pick up the phone. Bravo sir, bravo. read more
