A few months after the buff job I got rear ended and needed the receipts for insurance, he was able to resend everything to me no problem within the same day I requested them. I paid almost $400 for a job I could have had done at a regular car wash and they would have done a better job. I would not recommend them and I would not take my car to this shop. After measuring the paint thickness (unfortunately thin as apparently common for Mazda), Shawn recommended not buffing out the paint and explained how the film would hide most of the visible damage.
