I brought in a seriously grimy carpet from my camper van--so bad I was pretty sure it was headed for the trash. They took it in on the spot, cleaned it while I waited, and charged a totally reasonable price. When they handed it back, it looked incredible, way better than I ever expected. I had severe hail damage on my vehicle from the spring storm of 2024. My neighbor mentioned that he was taking his vehicles to 'Make It Shine' and he also said they had great online reviews, so I also decided to give them a shot as well. After talking with Jeremy and seeing some of his current work in person, I knew that he was the guy to go to. Jeremy did an awesome job repairing the hail damage on my vehicle. As for Donna and the detailing side of things, I am not happy at all with their service. My vehicle had been recently ceramic coated with a 7-year protection from another detailing shop that did an awesome job on polishing and coating the vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle from the initial estimate, I watched Jeremy use a semi- dry towel on the vehicle to wipe off the water smudges from the previous day's wash. I told him that I was not a big fan of him using a semi-dry towel due to it will leave hazing and swirls patterns in the paint, which I did not get too excited about as I knew that I was going to have them redo my ceramic coating after the hail repairs. This is where things went sideways, they re-ceramic coated my vehicle as this was covered under insurance. What they did not do was 'polish' the vehicle prior to ceramic coating and the end result was that they trapped all of the hazing and swirls patterns that they created on the initial estimate. I asked Donna why the vehicle wasn't polished prior to ceramic coating and her response was "that was an extra cost to polish the vehicle". I was just floored when she said that, now I feel that I have been ripped off with the ceramic coating they did or did not do. Polishing the vehicle is a step you take prior to ceramic coating, no questions asked. Now I am forced to have another company remove the ceramic coating and re-do it correctly which will cost around $1500. Vehicle lovers beware as I have multiple friends with similar incidents that will never use their service again. If you are looking for an "ok" detail shop, then this is your place. read more

Just picked up my Porsche for a detailing and remove a couple of small dents and not only was the work done well but it was very reasonable.
