I had recently purchased an additional vehicle, and was needing to get the front windows tinted, and add a sunstrip to the front windshield. We had previously gone through a different company, to get window tinting done on our other cars. However, the work hours were just not working for me at the moment, so I decided to look at other shops in the area with later hours of operation. So as normal, I decided to lookup on Yelp for only five star shops near me and came across Cavitt Complete. I reached out and so spoke with Kristine, the first time and she gave me what I thought was a pretty good quote to tint the two front windows, and install a sun strip on the front windshield. I decided to call around to a couple other shops that seemed pretty competitive, but they either didn't have that five star review, or their hours weren't jiving with what I was available for. I decided to call back, and ended up speaking with Marcus, and confirmed the quote that Kristine had given me the previous day, and solidified an appointment. Now due to my hours, I had to drop off the vehicle the night before, and he was willing to park it in his shop until the following morning, which I really liked. I picked up my truck the following evening, so I had to wait the following morning to check out his work, and all I have to say is WOW. Marcus, knocked it out of the park. I am very impressed with the work that was performed. Now, I didn't have the pleasure of meeting Kristine, but I did meet Marcus, and he was just as professional in person as he was on the phone. I loved my 2011 Dodge Charger R/T (with tinted windows). It was my pride & joy. But... after a heavy rain storm, water got into the engine. Insurance considered it a total loss. (Always carry comprehensive!) The insurance company couldn't match the make/model, but I could. I preferred the 1st car's deep silver, but black was acceptable. There was only 1 problem. It was a fishbowl. I don't think there was a % of tint on the windows. Cavitt was close & they have excellent reviews. My 2nd Charger my surpass the 1st Charger. The woman I spoke with (Kristina?) was super nice. Dropped the car off and took my family to lunch while the tint was being done on my Audi A5. Marcus was such a pleasure to work with which made the experience even better. He helped me pick out the level of tint that would work best for my needs. He's a really friendly, laid back dude and has very competitive prices. I had some serious scratches on my hood and he laid some vinyl to cover it up. My hood looks so much better! He does really clean, quick work and my car looks a ton better! I am a repeat customer. This car needed a lot of work done. I ordered a new bumper and he painted it for me. Most places will charge $$$ to get a car part painted. He had a reasonable price. I put the bumper on and the color blended perfectly. This means a lot to me. This car has beeen in the family for 15 years and I wanted to fix it up. Marcus has made this happen for me! Thank you! Marcus did an excellent job with the tint on my S4. I highly recommend this business. There was an issue with my headliner during the tint removal process. Due to the steam used for removal, the headliner started to sag near the rear window. Marcus took full responsibility for the issue and paid for the repair. Amazing.
