It's rare these days to find someone who truly cares about the customer, especially when it's an issue unrelated to their work. Upon receiving my car back, i've noticed a 2 inch long razor gash through my clear coat, about 2mm from where the clear was cut. I was told this is "normal" work by a friend who knows the owner, but find this unacceptable. If you wish to affiliate yourself with the autobody industry, the idea of my THREE DAY OLD $75,000 car being dropped off and coming back in worse condition is absurd, its not even barely satisfactory. I won't take my car back to them because i don't trust them to return it in a mere neutral condition.
