He has called multiple times since then & regiven his info to them in person at least 3 times. He even wrote a bad review like this one & the only response from the company that he got was "hopefully we can get a 5 star review from you next time". Let me be crystal clear - there will be no next time. Corporate needs to contact us immediately to address this issue & we know they know about the issue bc they refunded his membership fee last month They know it's messed up. We just want the money or the solution for getting the car mirror fixed so we can move on. STOP making us wait. We will not be returning to your services either way. You do literally everything single other step. I go here mainly to get the salt and bird droppings and other damaging muck off my paint and undercarriage. It doesn't get the car completely clean (always lots of residue left behind), but it's better than nothing. We drive from Keenesburg to either location because I've always loved their services so much- until today! I took my car in, paid for the deluxe and specifically made sure it came with bug remover, the first time around, absolutely no bug spray was sprayed, they didn't wash down the back either- no big deal we all get busy. I notified a staff member where she told me to go back through, upon going through again, I had to yell for the young man who was operating the wash because again- no bug spray. He lightly sprayed over my roof for about two seconds, as I came out of the car wash I notified the manager that again he was not going to use bug spray and he literally sprayed over my hood as my vehicle was rolling in, she said she would go and spray it herself and to go through again, but I should use their self service bug area... if that's the case, why pay for a Deluxe? Why have I never had this issue? At this point another young man began taking pictures of my license plate and the staff began talking amongst each-other as if I had done something wrong when I had expressed my concern after the very first car wash. Even after all of that I left with my windshield and front end of the car still full of bugs. This is how business is lost, after all my years of coming I have never experienced bad customer service. Everyone has always been so thorough, efficient, and polite.
