I've been purchasing a monthly Cobblestone membership for both this location and the Erie location. For a while, everything worked perfectly, and I was able to use both locations without any issues with the license plate scanner. I recently renewed my membership on the 26th, but when I went through the member lane the other day, the screen said my form of payment had declined. I assumed the renewal hadn't gone through, so I signed up again. I later realized I was charged twice and am now paying for two memberships. I'm not sure if this issue is related to the license plate scanner or how my information was entered by an employee, but it's frustrating to run into this kind of problem after everything had been working smoothly. I'd appreciate help resolving the duplicate charge and understanding how this happened so it doesn't occur again. read more

I stopped by in person a week after the accident inside the car wash which the car behind me is blaming me for and has made a claim with my insurance for. I got the name and number for the manager, Alyta, which I have been calling every day since with not one single call return to me. This is awful customer service. I was told there was footage that could be reviewed, myself and my insurance adjuster extremely interested in what might be shown. I have a membership, just because we go to and from the mountains so much and it is close to our house. I would NEVER pay the single wash price for this place. Car is never fully cleaned when I run it through. Especially the back and lower sides. I could probably run it through 3 or 4 times and would still not be clean. Whatever hurricane setting they have the dryers set to always blows part of the trim off my roof and my truck is never dry. It's just a massive gale force wind for a short burst that seems to do more harm to my wipers, trim and mirrors than dry anything. Definitely wish it was a better wash. read more

They had us go through a second time (didn't make a difference). Worker started "our car wash will never clean everything". Car is still visibly dirty. He also said he can not issue a refund. Just had a Platinum Express wash that cost $22. My vehicle is filthy and areas of it never even touched by water! There was only an initial soap then the cleaning rags and then a spot feee rinse. No high pressure wash at all. Half the buffers weren't even working. What a rip off. As far as this one the only reason I keep coming back is its pretty close to the area i/we frequent. Other than that I go to a different location , half or the majority of the time a set of brushes that are supposed to help clean the sides of your vehicle are not working and there has been a few times that the place has been closed completely due to maintenance which obviously thier maintenance guy sucks because all the brushes only work part of the time. And last but not least the "team members " that guide you onto the "mats " that mive you thru the wash must think they will get in trouble if they smile. I swear everyone that guides you in has the expression on thier faces that gives off the vibe that someone just killed thier dog!! Or thier Dog died at least. SCRATCHED my 2023 Toyota RAV4 with just 1500 miles on it. After I went through this car wash tunnel and immediately turn around to wipe down water around the car (because their dryer equipment never did the jobs well) then I saw scratches on the hood, I went inside and the manager name Josh instructed me to fill out the incident form and said another manager will contact me later. The next day I got a call from a manager name Daisy, she told me that they're not responsible for scratches or any damages. WHAT??? She's also told me that after looking at the camera she saw scratches on my car hood before I entered the tunnel, I asked her for proven she refused! My mirror was snapped off in this car wash! The manager claims they're not responsible. My car has been through this exact wash many times and was fine until now. So now this became a $1500 car wash for me!?! The manager never offered to fill out a damage or incident report. please beware of the cobblestone in Aurora on Smokey Hill that operates with fraudulence. I purchased a monthly subscription that I had for a while in spite of poor washes, having to rewash the vehicle after running it through the wash, having to dry the vehicle myself after each wash, etc. I finally cancelled my service after told I could not run my vehicle through the garage any longer due to rack on my vehicle so I followed the cancellation process Cobblestone posts online and received a confirmation the service was cancelled. Then a service representative from cobblestone sent me a separate email asking me if I was sure I wanted to cancel and if I would accept a lower monthly price. I did not respond to that email and therefore cobblestone did not cancel my monthly service charges for over a year at a cost of $36 per month even though I never used the service presuming my subscription was cancelled! long story I contacted customer service who indicated they would not refund the monthly charges even though they had no record of my using their service since cancelling because I didn't respond to the service rep email. I joined as a monthly member with multiple cars on the membership when this place opened. Yesterday, they were closed for maintenance without warning. A few days before, I tried to go in for a quick wash an hour before advertised closing. Guess what, they decided to close early and unrelated to weather. This used to be a very good and reliable business. Not sure what has happened in recent months but definitely on a significant downward trend based upon my experience since December and other reviews posted the last few weeks. I asked the worker/person in charge when they were going to fix their vacuums since they been out for a while and their response was were working on it and to look for one that works. It was terrible. Sept 8th 2023, 10::30 is when we got a car wash. I get a car wash every couple weeks. Paid for the $14 polish and shine and came out the other side with bugs still all over the front of the car. Told management and she kept cutting me off and wouldn't listen to me about it but did offer to give us another run through of the $23 wash and same thing, bugs still all over the grill and funny thing is, it was no different of a wash than the $14 one. This facility is maybe a year old and it has gone downhill rapidly since being bought out by Cobblestone. They will close randomly and sometimes will have an explanation posted as to why. The overall quality of the washes (even the top tier) have declined, and when you go to the vacuums station to touch up, you're lucky to get a clean rag. If there are any rags available, I've noticed at least once that they have appeared to be dirty and someone just haphazardly folded them and put them back in the "clean" bin for reuse. The most frustrating thing over the past 4 months or so is that the vacuums consistently don't suction properly. You have to go to each station to check if it has any suction before you commit to parking. The ones that do have the most suction are still relatively weak. read more

Paid for the $22 wash this afternoon as my truck was pretty muddy. Went through the car wash and my truck still had mud in a lot of places. I wouldn't expect this poor of a wash with the basic clean. I told the attendant who told me I could do a re-wash. After going through the re-wash, the amount of mud looked pretty much the same. The pictures shown was the amount of mud still on my truck after the 2nd wash. I talked to the GM who said there wasn't anything she could do wouldn't give me a discount or my money back. She did offer that get the membership and can go through as many times as I would like. Why would I pay for a membership for a low quality service? I recently moved to the neighborhood but will not be coming back to this location again. I should have read the reviews before coming as it looks like lots of people have had problems. I bought a $22.00 car wash 7/17/22, the car wash was definitely subpar for what I paid however, the most disappointing was when I went through the dryer and I heard something break/snap & Upon inspection of my car a plastic piece from my hood had been blown off from my 2018 Subaru. Since this was not loose nor had ever come off before I reached out to the attendant, I was told I could try to super glue it ! I have enclosed a photo with the piece laying where it should be but, driving away it would blow off. I'd like to mention the picture is post car wash. I would expect a cleaner windshield. No call on Monday 7/18 so I called and left a message, no call from Brenda on Tuesday 7/19 so I left another message. Loved this place when it first opened when they were owned by Living Waters, we joined and did the monthly service plan, now they are horrible, they changed the blowers and some of the brushes don't even work now, the last wash I had I was done, my passenger side door was barely touched, the entire van was covered with spots, and this has happened several times now, the dryers dont even hardly dry it off, the people before were so friendly and now these people dont even hardly look at you, they just wave you on, nothing is as good as it was before Cobblestone bought it, I went inside to cancel, waited for a while for someone to get with us, didn't even ask why we were cancelling, I went back to our previous car wash who now has better equipment, very disappointed with Cobblestone, dont waste your money!! read more

I'm expecting and watching for the $8.00 charge to come through for my first month of Unlimited Car Washes. In my opinion, Cobblestone has done the right thing from a 'business point of view' and 'morally'. This is an indication that they care about their customers and will do the right thing. If I could rate this zero I would. Brian the "supervisor" knows how to make a bad situation worse. After paying $23 for their platinum car wash, my whole passenger side looked like it wasn't cleaned at all. I went into the office and a young kid told me the manager wasn't there, she was out of town until Monday but he was a supervisor and could help. I told him I wanted my money back since my car wasn't cleaned and I was upset that they didn't have the machine that cleaned the floor mats anymore. He said he could not do that and I would have to wait to talk to the manager. He also mentioned I could go thru the wash again but part of the wash was broken on the passenger side. Why are you charging people full price for half a wash? He then refused to give me his managers name saying he couldn't give that information out. I've worked retail and that's information you can give to a customer. He also said "you don't know what you're talking about" when I mentioned the machine that washed the floor mats. I even pointed to where the machine was covered up and he kept saying I've worked here for two years and you don't know what you're talking about. I cannot understand why the company would think to put someone like this in a leadership role. I will never be back and I contacted corporate to get my money back. Could be better if they stepped up the effort. Back in October they were awesome. I'm not sure what has happened since. Someone else mentioned a mat washer. I've never seen one here. Doesn't mean there isn't one but I used to come here weekly. I stopped for a few reasons. First reason is because In the 3 lanes I pulled up to middle one which is for non members. I swiped my card and the machine was having issues. I tried swiping it several more times. My card is brand new. I then honked my horn to try to get someone's help because I was basically boxed in at that point. No way out due to the asshat behind me who decided to ride my bumper and the lift gate wouldn't open. The machine doesn't take cash. I honked several more times hoping someone would run over and help me or direct the asshat behind me to another line. No luck. Finally after the 10th or so swipe the lift gate opened. I drove slowly around the corner where the attendant with the paddle that said stop or go on it was texting. You really should be paying more attention I'm not the kind of person who drives recklessly but I can't speak for others especially since it's allowed environment you can't really hear the cars coming I'm guessing. My attendant must really hate his job because he seemed mad waiving me in. I believe on this day I paid $16 for a car wash when I inspected my car after I got through there was dirt all over the license plate front and back there was dirt on the sides of the cars in the cracks there were water spots all over my windshield. I pulled into the spots where you can vacuum out your car the issue is for each vacuum station usually only one hose works very well the others you can tell are clogged. So either have to wait for someone else to finish or drive to another vacuum and people apparently don't know the dirty towels need to be separated from clean towels because they were both get mixed in occasionally. Also the location itself with a Layout is not the best. you have traffic that's coming from three different directions from the Starbucks from the heart clinic and from the Taco Bell so you have to be careful when you pop out of the car wash.
