This is their helpful staff busy taking care of customers. He stayed in the same location the entire time I was there.

I've been a customer of this location even before it was bought out by Take 5 car wash. The quality of wash and service keeps getting worse and today was my last. Today 70% of the vacuums were not working. The cleaning towels provided were dirty and still wet. The window cleaner and internal cleaning sprays are so water down they are little more than colored water. This location has three employees, all either on their phones, playing basketball and listening to music not appropriate for my children. When I pulled up the get the outside of my vehicle washed, instead the of using their brush to get the detail areas on my front and back bumper they just threw water on my windshield (that doesn't do anything) Inside the car wash I noticed many of the car wash sections were broken or not working. I no longer feel that this location can correctly clean my vehicle. It's really disappointing to see this once great location turn into a waste of money. I tried reaching out, but no information is provided to contact a manager or the corporate office. It's clear that the employees don't have pride in their work, they are not properly trained or managed. If your looking for value, your better off using the self-service car wash next door. That's where I'll be going from now on.

Alright so I've had experiences with different car washes and plans over the last couple of years and have good and bad experiences with them. But I must say I tried this particular one because a) my car wash I normally use closed due to a buyout and was going thru the transition. and b) a family member uses it and always is happy with it . So here goes my review. So I got a deal for new members where they offer you the premium wash that is normally $39.99 a month for $1 ! How can you go wrong? Although it is normally $39.99 I am starting to justify the price. I am a Heavy Equipment Operator (yellow iron) and I specialize in infrastructure so in other words I get to play in the dirt all day with big toys. So my truck is always subject to dirt and dust that's why I'm always checking in at various car washes around town. But that's no here nor there the main issue at hand is the wash. Pretty good job on the wash with the premium pkg and one thing that really sticks out and that is with this particular location is,that there is little water left after going thru the dryers! Now if this was a Sunday driver I would take the time to shamee it and all that stuff but since it's my daily I don't quite put that effort that I normally would in. Nonetheless when I come out there is very little water on it so when you take off down the road to don't wind up with water spots all over when it starts to dry. Another plus is free vacuums, wet and dry floor mat machines, air blowers for those hard to reach places. And one last thing is the number of locations that are available with this particular company, I see them all over and your membership is good at all of them, but here is the kicker, the ones I have visited so far have thier pros and cons but what's nice is if you have the time you can pick which one suits you. But so far this one is my favorite for the wash but the vacuum stalls are always packed whereas another location is smaller wash and dry is not so great but vacuum stations seem pretty open. So in the end in my opinion if your like me and like to run your vehicle thru the wash like once a week the $40 isn't so bad because if your getting the works wash anyway that usually will be good for $14-17 bucks a pop anyway that will save you $40 approximately to go and grab a bite to eat or do something with that extra dough So in the end I will recommend this establishment. But I advise to check out different locations and find the one you like

Car wash completely left stains on the exterior and even having gotten a second wash, have not come out

Went to the Express here in the Northglenn area and definitely came back with a dirtier car than I started. Staff was unwelcoming and unhelpful when scanning my member tag and so I went ahead and paid for a regular wash, but one of the girls working there said that I could add on a wax and tire cleaning for a good valued price at $15 and so I agreed. The wash completely stained the emblem on my car and the color of the soap is stuck in crevices I can't clean out unless going through a wash all over again. The value wasn't worth it and it stained my white car. They couldn't even be wiped down by the complementary cloth given. First and last experience here, which I'm disappointed by as it's close by and it's other locations have never had service like this.

Example of damage from car wash on every panel of car

This car wash damaged my car. $10,000.00 later and they have yet to respond to my emails. There is a sign stating they are not responsible for aftermarket accessories, which I understand, although I've never had a car wash take off a window deflector until this one did. I'm not the only person who has had their car damaged at this car wash. They have too powerful of brushes with not enough sensitive sensors. Every single panel on my car, one roof rail, side view mirrors, headlamps and tail lights all damaged.

A Game-Changer for Mountain Drivers -- Cobblestone Is the Best…read more Cobblestone has absolutely earned five stars from me. Their unlimited car wash membership is fantastic -- convenient, reliable, and exactly what I need as someone who drives to a rural log cabin in the Rockies every single weekend. My car is always dirty, and Cobblestone is the only wash that keeps up. Two years ago, I realized I needed unlimited washes just to survive mountain living. I tried a competitor, but they required a physical sticker on my windshield -- something I really didn't want on my vehicle. Cobblestone, on the other hand, uses smooth, effortless license plate recognition that works at every location. No stickers, no scanning, no hassle. Just roll up and it opens. Magic. And here's the real test: mountain mud. My car is often caked in it after a weekend at 7,500 feet. Cobblestone's team always gives the exterior a solid pre-spray to help loosen the mud, and because the membership is unlimited, I can go through twice -- which I often do. It's the only wash that can keep up with the Rockies. Their interior cleaning bays are also great: powerful vacuums, cleaning sprays, towels -- everything you need for a full refresh. But the biggest selling point for me is still the unlimited washes paired with license plate recognition. Driving down from the mountains, I can clean my car twice a day if I want to. And I do. Cobblestone makes keeping a mountain car clean not just possible, but easy. Highly recommended.

I've seen this place a few times but always seem to forget about it because we live between 5-10 miles from it. On this particular day I remembered it and it was on our way but in the end it wasn't worth it. There are both self wash and touchless wash which we opted for. But there were cars ahead of us 3 to be exact and it seemed like forever to get our turn. We opted for the Diamond Plus wash which was the top of the line and cost $15. It was to include an undercarriage wash and tires , rims. From start to finish the whole thing from the time we pulled forward was just under 10 minutes. The wash seemed to be thorough and relaxing but when I pulled out even with 2 passes of the air dryers/blowers the car had lots of water all over it. So I winded up drying it myself. And honestly I really thought about finding the attendant and asking for a partial refund but after spending almost an hour there I thought I would just take one for the team. They also have a dog wash on site but I do not know if its self serve or what. So my opinion on this wash it is..., ? I guess you'll have to try it for yourself but I dont think I would spend the money on the plus because there are places that you can go to and they will actually hand dry and vacuum the inside for the same price. But our car did come out clean and you can opt to use the vacuum after your thru with your wash.

Washing my car is therapeutic for me, so I prefer using the self-serve bays. I also used to think that automatic car washes don't do as good of a job...but thanks to Blue Wave, I was proven wrong (we'll get to that later). When they say "high-pressure", they're not lying. I've tried many different car washes in my day and none can compare to the water pressure that Blue Wave provides. Bye-bye bugs & dirt without having to scrub?? That's what I'm talkin' about! The fact that plastic is accepted was huuuuge plus for me. Not only because I didn't have to go digging for quarters and dollar bills anymore, but there was no timer that screamed at me when I got down to the last 60 seconds. As I was washing my car one day, a cute old Asian man (whom I believe is the owner because I used to say hi to him all the time), offered me a coupon to try their automatic car wash for free the next time I came in. A couple weeks and a couple snow storms later, I came by to use the coupon and I was pleasantly surprised at out clean my car came out...even with layers of dried up dirt and grime from the slushy snows of CO. *Two thumbs up* Oh how I miss you, Blue Wave. 1 Star - Negligence and Complete Lack of Accountability. On…read moreMarch 31st, I visited the automatic Autowash at 120th & Holly, and what should have been a routine car wash turned into a damaging and frustrating experience. While my vehicle was in the middle of the wash cycle, I suddenly heard a loud bang--like metal striking my car. When the wash finished, I discovered that a piece of metal had fallen from one of their rusted roof beams, hitting the top of my vehicle. The impact caused a noticeable dent and stripped the paint all the way down to bare metal. I immediately documented everything with photos and video. I attempted to contact them right away, but since it was after hours, I left a message. The following day, I called again and was told to file an online damage report and that a manager would contact me the following week. Given how clear the situation was--and that this was obviously caused by poor maintenance of their facility--I expected them to take responsibility. That never happened. After waiting with no response, I followed up myself. When I finally spoke with a manager, I was told that I needed to file a claim with my own insurance before they would proceed. This is completely unreasonable considering the damage was caused by their facility, not by anything I did. I explained that I did not want to involve my insurance for something that was clearly not my fault, as it could negatively impact me. Instead of escalating or helping resolve the issue, they doubled down. The following day, I was told that if I did not go through my insurance, they would close the case entirely--despite the fact that they have video footage of the incident and full documentation from me. This is not just poor customer service--it is a clear attempt to avoid liability and shift responsibility onto the customer. A business that allows parts of its structure to fall and damage vehicles, then refuses to take responsibility, shows a complete lack of integrity and accountability. At this point, I have no choice but to pursue legal action. This situation could have been resolved quickly and professionally, but instead, they chose to deny responsibility for something that was entirely within their control. I strongly caution anyone considering this location. If something goes wrong, do not expect them to stand behind their service or take responsibility for their negligence.
