My initial experience at Hello! Deluxe Car Wash in Beeler Park was a good one. We drove by their complex earlier in the month and decided to try their new facility (Grand Opening, July 2023) when the time was right. I subscribed to their mailing list to learn of their specials and services, then visited yesterday on a whim during the Broncoes game, thinking it would be less busy. Spacious facility, well marked. We found the two staff members we interacted with positive, kind, and friendly. The facility uses new equipment that targets conserving resources, and it was an easy visit. Many automatic washes seem rushed, and with little attention to the car's detail, this one did not. Our car looked great afterward, and we were pleased. There are numerous individual stalls for vacuuming and follow-up, but we did not need it. They offer extended hours, which helps before and after the workday. I am researching their pricing, as I do not know about various service levels. They also have a club membership with three different levels I am exploring. Their website mentions that they support local charities and fundraisers with admirable and community-oriented events. It's nearby, and my visit was a positive one, so they will likely have me again! read more

Business did away with their APP leaving me out 3 car washes which I had bought a package. When I tried to redeem a free car wash on their Website it would not allow me to redeem. Previously I had good experiences with the wash and the attentive employees. However, ownership is not providing value when they take advantage of customers who have already paid them. read more

My Tahoe is Not Shiny and Happy as it was when former owners (and name) had it. I had to come home and wash the back of my Tahoe and buff water spots off all windows and mirrors. The equivalent of what I used to purchase at this locale is almost double for a lesser job. Not sure I'll return. Don't know whether the soap is poor quality or water is not hot enough. Sorely disappointed for $25. read more

5 stars! I always just purchase the basic car wash for $12 and it's good. There are always plenty of people working so if you need anything they'll handle it for you. I go here a few times a month and everyone is very pleasant !!! 10/10 recommend read more

Hello Deluxe is a great addition to the Beeler Park area. You don't need to wait 25 minutes for a car wash like the one down the street because it's a conveyor belt type car wash. There unlimited monthly is a great deal, especially since you can add a second car for just 10 dollars a month. The employees are friendly and wave goodbye when you exit the car wash. After washing your car there are complementary vacuums to get detail the inside of your car. read more

I came on a Tuesday to get a full-service wash ($72). Thought I'd try a new car wash. I was told that on Wednesdays the full-service wash is 50% off. I thanked the gal and told her, in that case, I'll be back tomorrow. On Wednesday morning I went back and they were not busy. Same gal was there to check me in and take payment only NOW she tells me that you have to make an appointment for a full-service wash and they are booked until 12noon. That would have been nice to know the day before - she should have made me aware and I could have made an appointment then. Go elsewhere: both Waterworks Carwash on Broadway (only $45 for full-service) and Waterway Car Wash ($65 for full-service) on Cherry Creek Dr. are better. Nicer workers and cheaper prices! read more

I paid $22 for the most expensive option just so I could treat myself and my car today, and disappointingly my car is still just as dirty as when I pulled in, aside from the front windshield. The rims look like they haven't even been touched at all and I ran my finger across them and picked up dirt. This was a waste of my money, and I do not recommend going here if you want a good quality wash. I would much rather spend the time and money to hand wash it myself at the Autowash- Northfield right down the street. read more

I used to frequent this car wash a lot since it came with vacuums and close to where I live. However, I will never be coming here again after a close call. The last time I went, I went through the wash with a car in front of me. The car in front was not properly guided onto the conveyor belt and became stuck on the tire cleaner near the end of the wash. I was honking frantically thinking someone would hear and stop the wash. I could not get out since my car was still being soaked by water and my doors were blocked by the brushes. Unfortunately, the driver could not escape the tire cleaner immediately and was jammed in pretty well. I kept laying on my horn, but just as my car was about to run into the one in front, the driver got their car unstuck and drove out of the wash. I drove out the wash as well and parked next to them at the vacuums. We both confirmed there was no damage to our car bumpers. I'm not sure if that driver experienced fender/tire/rim damage due to the tire cleaner because I promptly left afterward. read more

DO NOT USE HELLO CAR WASH I was rear-ended inside the car wash and watched the video of it happening with the manager that day. He acknowledged it was their fault and said to go and get quotes for the repair. I got an estimate and sent it to them for reimbursement. They then told me that a check was in the mail. Two weeks later, I got a call from the head of Hello Car Wash that it was my fault and they would not repair the damage, and no check was sent. I then asked to talk to the owner, who got on and said that he would sue me if I posted any negative comments about his business. I went to the location to speak to the manager, and she admitted several times that they Have lacked training, but in the end, it was my fault, and they would not do anything to fix my car. No matter what they claim, their manager watched the video with me and said they would pay to get my bumper fixed. read more

Crooks! Two large brushes on the right and the wipe and shine at the top are not working. However, they are still charging full price! It's not cheap either. When I washed my car earlier this week Nona helped me cleaning and shinning my tires and they have never looked so good! My tires are literally still super shiny I love it!! Great car wash overall. I chose the family membership. You drive up (no buttons to push on the screen), it recognizes your car/plate and you're in. I did have an issue with my second car with the initial sign up (it didn't recognize the plate), but the team fixed it immediately. The staff is always very pleasant and helpful, especially the twins (they're both so nice). I like that with the membership they provide the cleaning items that you need - towels, dash wipes, windshield wipes, and air fresheners), vacuum. I also appreciate that I can just go and vacuum anytime, my car is often gross from my little kids dropping things everywhere. I normally do not have to wait long for a wash, which I really appreciate. Only one or two cars have ever been in front of me. The wash itself is really good. I don't think I've had any scratches, and I'm usually pretty particular about that type of stuff. read more

HORRIBLE!!! Started out good when they first opened, so we got a membership. For the past SEVERAL months, tire shine hasn't been working, now the 'buff/dry' spinners at the end of the wash aren't working. When I questioned a worker about no tire shine for MONTHS, she replied that they had tire shine over on their cart of goodies & I could apply it myself. Excuse me?! I PAY for this in my membership! Once I noticed it was supposedly working again, a different worker told me that it wasn't actual tire shine (even though the light illuminates at the end of the wash), it is only 'brushes' cleaning your tires! So next time, watch the car in front of you getting 'tire shine', it isn't anything except a brush "cleaning" the tires. & obviously, you'll know when your tires aren't shiny! Another member next to me in a bay told me that they tried to charge her $5 to have them apply tire shine for her, when she also pays for it in her membership! Had called several times to speak w/ manager as they were conveniently never available while I was there. They just don't care, plain & simple. Finally cancelled our membership, but they are still deducting from our account! Currently going back & forth to get them to reimburse us! Stay away at all costs!!!! read more
