And here's the real test: mountain mud. My car is often caked in it after a weekend at 7,500 feet. Let me be crystal clear - there will be no next time. Corporate needs to contact us immediately to address this issue & we know they know about the issue bc they refunded his membership fee last month They know it's messed up. You do literally everything single other step. I go here mainly to get the salt and bird droppings and other damaging muck off my paint and undercarriage. I'm not sure if this issue is related to the license plate scanner or how my information was entered by an employee, but it's frustrating to run into this kind of problem after everything had been working smoothly.
