I like this place. Close to my house. Good car wash for the price. What I don't like are the pumps. They are VERY SLOW. This usually indicates the underground tanks are low or the filters are clogged. I filled up today. I started the pump and went inside to hit the restroom. When I came out, I pulled the nozzle out of my truck and it was STILL RUNNING! When a pump runs that slow, you can't hear the gas flowing, not to mention, it SHOULD HAVE ALREADY BEEN FULL. This is not the first time the pumps were slow. Fix your pumps. read more

I've been going there for several months until this happened, I've been waiting since MARCH to get my rear windshield wiper fixed until I was told to go get it fixed and bring the receipt to the store manager. and I still have not been reimbursed! it's not my fault your car wash employees don't put the plastic on the wiper when they're suppose to. not to mention the terrible customer service I received from the lady at the register. read more

Best car wash said the sign....what a joke! I thought I would run my car through the car wash on my way to the mall. I should have paid more attention- the car wash was not working, but not a problem it will be fixed in an hour and your code is good for a month. I went to the mall and came back, ran my car through and as I was exiting I had difficulty seeing through my windshield. I started to drive on the back street where the vacuums are and had to pull over as I couldn't see where I was going, and my windshield wipers did not remove the film either- there was a greasy film on my windows! I got out and tried to wipe my window with a napkin, then with a towel- nothing worked. It was getting dark so I drove home with a hazardous view out my windows. The next day I see the greasy film is all I've my car! What a mess, never going here again!! WORST CAR WASH EVER!! I took my car to H2O in Highlands Ranch and their car wash cleaned up the greasy film from Gas Express. Good job H2O!! My car looks amazing!! read more

Whoa! Am I about to expose the best kept secret in town?! Maybe! I can't say anything about the gas, but the Carwash & Vacuum?.... Oh Yeah! A Carwash ranges from $5-12. Not bad, right?! But the kicker here is the Vacuuming. Do you have kids that drop all possible crumbs in your car? Do you have pets that get their fur all over? Maybe you've gone on several outings and tracked so much dirt, sand, etc. Well their vacuums pick everything up! You do the vacuuming, but I'm not kidding, it will pick everything up that you probably haven't seen in months lurking in the cracks and crevices of your vehicle. It's freakin Amazing! NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN, This Gas Express used to be great, when it was Scrubs, it had reasonable priced gas with a reasonable priced car wash as low as $5. They had regular car wash attendants and cashier's worked there for years. They used to "ask" you if you wanted them to do anything to your antenna before you entered the car wash, and I would tell then that my antenna was fine as usual and always was, then they would hand wash the front and rear of your vehicle, as it entered the automatic car wash. That was a couple years ago. New owners doubled car wash prices or close to it at $14 for the top wash. After the knee-jerk reaction from paying the new price, while I was on my way in to the wash, the new car wash attendant breaks my antenna off, literally breaks the stud off and can't put my antenna back on my vehicle, he then tells me to go though the car wash and says "something might wash out, after the wash and a valiant effort he hands my antenna. So go to I go inside and ask if I can talk to a manager, the rude teenage behaved girl at the register, says with her hand on her hip, that I "am talking to one", I say that the attendant broke my antenna before I even went into the car wash, she tells me before I can even finish talking "they aren't responsible and there is a sign saying that", as I was trying to tell her I was aware of the sign saying "enter the car wash at your own risk" and explain that I wasn't even in the car wash yet when the attendant broke my antenna off, she told me to "leave the property now", I asked for the owners number, so she writes a number on a receipt, because the business that is printed on the receipt with the car wash code is not a good number. So I go out to my car and call the new number she wrote down, I call it, I ask for "Alex the owner" and realize I am talking to the same girl that is "the manager" behind the counter inside, she tells me on the phone that there is no way to get in touch with the owner "Alex" and its hit or miss. I go back inside dumbfounded that she gave the phone number where we had just a conversation 5 minutes before, as I ask her once again how to actually talk to someone with a little more business sense and customer service, she threatened to call the police if I don't leave the property. Psycho chic! Never going to spend another penny there and telling people to stay away, Gas Express won't make it, if the old Scrubs didn't. read more

The brushes look old as dirt, half of the nozzles that dispense the soap or water are not working and half the lights either do t work or only half Work. GAS EXPRESS 1660 S. SANTA FE DR., DENVER, CO Stopped for a car wash, and got rear ended in the tunnel! Their equipment knocked my Ford Escape off the guide track. I stopped, the car behind me did not. $347 damage to my vehicle. The manager promised to take care of it. Two weeks later, they haven't even acknowledged my claim.
