By the time I was done vacuuming the self serve car wash bay was in use, and the automatic car wash bay was being blocked by someone who was just listening to their radio. I have been here 4x. I must agree with the other Yelpers that it could use either a more powerful drying system or slower pass thru time. But in my experiences with car washes what car doesnt come out with a little bit of water. I washed my work truck today and by the time I was done vacuuming out the inside the outside was dry enough for what it was. But dont get me wrong when we wash my wifes 300C i always shamee it. Prices are reasonable starting at $7. I recommend it because all in all it's pretty effeciant and the monthly fee is the best deal. read more

I really appreciate this place it's close to my house and nothing beats free vacuums and I've never been to a car wash that has compressed air hoses to blow dust and other little stuff out of my car. The wash not only left dirt streaks all along the sides of my jeep, but it couldn't even get my windshield clean! I left and went to the do it yourself down the street! Had a monthly pass to Bubble Time for a couple of months, my impressions are thus: *Wash: decent but not magnificent. Do love the colorful and entertaining pull-through wash system. More on that later. **Vacuums: free, and powerful, love that they're on both sides. ***Mat washer: great idea, more places should have this feature *Location: Easy enough to get to, but I live in Brighton, so I didn't get over there often enough to make my monthly pass cost-effective. Last time I used Bubble Time, something happened in the conveyor system, there was a lag of some type, and the belt caught up and slammed my truck forward violently, accompanied by a loud *CLUNK*, felt like I'd been rear-ended! I got out the other side and parked, lady behind me had the same experience. We talked to the young man in charge, and while sympathetic, did nothing to ameliorate the situation. Not a good value. There are many other full-service car washes in Denver where you can pay around $15-$17 and they will scrub your car inside and out and wipe it down when you are done. I paid $14 for this subpar wash that is equivalent to pretty much any gas station car wash in town. Overpriced if you ask me. Well, I guess the customer is last to know. The last two times I've been in to get my car washed at the location on 104th in Thornton Colorado, I noticed there was no tire shine on my tires and I pay $28.99 for a monthly pass that should include a 4 step process on my tires. I also noticed a lot of drips all over the car because the soap didn't rinse completely. I was told over my last 3 visits, they were "working on them." However, I go in today and again notice the tires suck. I was informed by the manager, Bubble Time was sold over 2 months and it's now owned a company called Cobble Stone Car Wash and tire service is no linger part of the package I have been paying for. I asked how to get a refund for the past 2 months, because I'm paying for a product that I'm not getting. They're still taking my money! He hands me a business card and says, "You have to email them." I ask him to cancel me. He says he cannot. My last 2 visits, they've had to manually re-enter my plates into the system to get the automatic gate to open. The manager also gave me some crap Story how bubble time was 4 months behind on their payments or something and that they were supposed to send out emails to all of their customers to let them know they were being bought out. That never happened and I said that wasn't my problem, but I wanted to get refunded because I haven't got the car wash services I paid for and continue to pay for. I live 25 minutes away so I go wash my vehicle when I'm in town. It is not often, but I sure as hell don't expect to get the runaround and get basically a shoddy service. I was a member from 2019 to 2020, before the pandemic. I can go wash it myself cheaper. This new ownership, Cobble Stone Car Wash, sucks! read more

The car wash I normally go to was closed today. This was my first time at this location. We pulled in, paid cash and pulled forward to use the car wash. There was no one outside directing us on where to go, no lights came on, no arrows. I pulled forward until I was actually going into the car wash and nothing happened. Two young men noticed us then as I was trying to trigger the lights or the car wash. One young man came out and said I had to back up. I said no one was out here telling us where to go and asked what I needed to do and he said back up I will direct you. So I began backing up and he said further, further, keep going, keep going and bam I ran into a post and broke off my passenger side mirror. He acted like nothing happened told me to pull forward and then again told me to back up. I told him I was no longer comfortable backing up. Another young man came out and tried to direct me into the car wash. My friend asked him if my front tire needed to be on the right side or the left side of the yellow line and he said, I don't know I'm not in the car to see. I finally told him I was not comfortable doing this anymore and asked if I could just pull hrough the car wash and get my money back as I did not want my damaged mirror to now go through the car wash. After several times of going in to call his manager he told me there was paperwork where I could fill out a damage report, then told me I could not fill out that paperwork but I could get a refund. They said they credited my refund and I asked where they credited to since I had paid cash. He was confused and had to go in and call the manager again. They finally told me the manager was on her way. She showed up, perhaps she had been on lunch, I told her when we showed up no one was around that the two guys came out of nowhere when they realized we were beginning to drive into the car wash and they seemed a little disoriented. She said she would talk to them and that I was correct they should have been out watching cars pull into the car wash and not wherever they were. She told me I was responsible for how they had told me to back into a pole and that there is a sign posted that any damages that happen on site are the customers responsibility. Very disappointed with the employees they had today on site, I do understand the manager can only do so much and she does deserve to take a lunch, if that's where she was, but I now have a very expensive mirror to fix and no car wash :-( read more

Update: They never refunded me after saying they did. $15 absolutely down the drain. Will never take my car here again. We came to this car wash today. The line wasn't long and we got right in. I pulled over to the vacuums after to dry off my car and vacuum the Inside. I took out my rag and began wiping only to realize there was still straight up mud and dirt all over my car! My rag was completely filthy with just trying to dry off the back. I went to the door to tell someone inside and there was no one there. I waited a few more minutes before two workers came back. I asked them to look at my car and showed them how filthy it still was and they were like o ya well we can send you through again. At this time the line had got a lot longer so I said I'd rather have a refund. It was $15 of my hard earned money I wasn't going to just let that go. They said they don't do refunds so I asked to speak with a manager who said he would refund my card but it is still not showing a refund on it. I thought at least I would get the inside of my car vacuumed but every single one of their vacuums weren't working either. Do not recommend. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would but I feel inclined to leave a bad yelp review instead due to the lack of effective communication skills that the employees of this place have. Upon entering the DRIVE THRU car wash, I asked if a vacuum from the employees is included with my purchase of a car wash & he said "oh yeah" so then I agreed to pay $18 but actually paid $20 since I paid with cash, no change was given. I just want to add, I didn't mind paying $20 since I was under the impression that there was servicing going into my car... that change would have been part of their tip. Overall, I'm irked because I could have given myself a better quality car wash and detail by myself at home for FREE or simply spent my money elsewhere. Wow not sure what happened here but a huge decline. We are suppose to get our cars sprayed off before we get in the wash. Sometimes it happens sometimes it doesn't. They were hand drying the cars off for a few months being the dryers were not doing a good job. Which I thought was awesome. But they stopped. Very disappointed is this car wash. Don't do a membership, I had nothing but problem with them charging for the correct membership then I cancelled in the store in Thornton Co off 104th. It Is June and I'm still being charged. I have called, left messages, emailed and finally I'm disputing the charges at my bank. They are really friendly staff but unfortunately the car wash is closed all the time. While the weather has not been great the past few weeks almost every other car wash in the area is open. I can't see paying monthly for a car wash that is closed every time it gets cold. I use my car for work and unless it's snowing or raining my car needs to look nice. Maybe if they gave you a discount for every day they were closed it wouldn't be so hard to swallow. Just seems like some forethought should've been used when opening a car wash in Colorado. It does tend to get cold here from time to time. Great wash. The Grease Monkey Carwash by my house costs $3 less but Bubble Time more than makes up for the difference! Love there there is an attendant to get the windows and hard to reach areas before you get into the automated portion of the wash. The location at 104th is by far the worst. These are just some of the examples of poor service: 1. The machine that's used to wash your mats has been out of service for approximately 10 months. They have put a another machine on site but that machine can only vaccum your car mats. In colorado why would I want to just dry vaccum my maps? Today (February 27, at 11:00), I asked the female attendent why aren't you pre-spraying the cars before they go into the car wash. To my surprise she said the temperature is too low. On this date if she bothered to check the temperatue, she would know it is 50 degrees. 2. Even though they have stopped the practice, they would charge you an extra $5.00 to hand dry your car. Isn't the equipment capable of reasonably blow drying your car? This company has gotten a permit to operate, is someone from the county, watching to make sure the service meets expectations? read more

Used to be Bubble Time and has been bought out by a subpar company named Cobblestone. The Cobblestone website advertises a free car wash with text sign up, so I did that on 3/1/2023. I redeemed the coupon and headed to the car wash around 3pm and to my surprise this location on 104th was closed with traffic cones blocking all entry into the parking lot, yet nothing online indicated they should be closed. I called the location and it rang and rang with no answer. I tried to visit again a few days later, same situation. I just tried a third and final time at 3pm today 3/8, which is the last day the coupon is valid, and surprise!!! the car wash is once again closed off with traffic cones. I called customer service and hit #2 to speak with the location and some rude woman answered with some excuse about system problems one day and then having to fix something else another. Never was there indications of closing until you've wasted your time, energy, and effort to drive to the location. Even then, so signage and only cones blocking your entry. She claims the location "should be" open tomorrow. I asked them to honor the coupon then since I've made multiple attempts to try their new business and they have let me down each time. Her solution was that I get back in my vehicle and drive to another of their locations to have the free car wash and further indicated she won't replace the coupon. This is absolutely asinine to ask a customer to do this when I have given three times and dates I went this past week yet couldnt get service because of a non disclosed closure. I informed her I wanted to give this new place a try and it's sad how little they value business, especially as new ownership. I will never give this company my business and I have deterred all my friends and family from it as well. Decent wash, dirty in the middle of the front. Tires shine wheels are still a little dirty. Driers aren't great either, had to hand dry the whole car. Matt wash is very good and free. Vacuums are good and free as well read more

I've had a ultimate membership for about a year. At first the washes were really good. Left the car spot free and shiny. Now the washes are really lacking. The last 3 times I have gone, there is still dirt streaks left in the back. Employees used to pre scrub front and back of car now you're lucky if they splash your car with water. Ultimate wash membership is definitely not worth the price. Sick to the basic because that's what you're going to get. read more

Hands down BEST car wash place I've been too. Not only are their vacuums free but the car wash leaves my car shiny and my car looks almost brand new again. I love that it also sprays my wheels and tires. The staff is also super friendly and helpful! This is my go to car wash. Also, they have you can clean your floor mats for free as well. I am very upset and disturbed by the customer service that is provided at this establishment they are very rude inconsiderate and seems as though they do not care whether or not your car gets clean or if you are having issues . It was recently my first time being there and I waited a very long time for someone to help me because the machine would not take my money and the staff was just standing there staring and would walk away never had anyone come over to help. I brought it up to a gentleman named Nick who I believe was a manager and he was very short and rude did not seem to care that I was having issues I would not recommend this car wash to any other person for that reason!!!!!
