I text the detailer at 5pm on Thursday asking his eta because he never contacted me. He said his detail is over and he has to reschedule because the sun is setting. I needed my car detailer before Friday. If you can't get the job done for one reason or another - please give me an early heads up so I can book somebody else - not let me know at the time of appointment you can't come.

He scheduled Thursday, then moved it to Friday, then didn't show Saturday or Sunday. Monday he arrived and left, saying he'd brought the wrong size material. Wednesday he came back with the same wrong piece. Thursday evening he finally started, worked late, and wasn't close to finished. Friday, more work, still not done, promised Saturday morning. Saturday he arrived at 12:30 after repeated texts from me, worked most of the day, and tore the vinyl. At that point he asked for another $75 deposit to restart. I paid it on the spot because I wanted the job finished. That brought me to $175 paid. Sunday, nothing. Monday morning I told him I was coming at 7:30 to collect the bike, and five minutes before I left he asked me to come in the afternoon instead. He hadn't unlocked anything or pulled the bike out. He said he'd deliver it that day and never showed. I picked it up myself at 8pm and found the ignition key bent so badly it wouldn't turn. I had to use my spare to ride home. Replacement transponder keys for this bike require dealer programming. The wrap was never done. I asked for my $175 back and he wrote "of course I will send it tomorrow." It hasn't come. He did apologize and call his own conduct unprofessional. That was the same day he told me he'd deliver the bike and didn't, told me the bike was outside with the key when it wasn't, and promised the refund he still hasn't sent. The actual detail was quick and easy for me, we emptied the car of my belongings and I was able to just work from home while the detail was happening. My only issue is the interior windows were cleaned, but left a streaky residue in some areas. I had high hopes given other reviews but was very disappointed in my detail…read more The car was clean-ish, but there were a lot of things that were missed: - Running boards were untouched - still had dirt and grime all over them - Windows were a streaky mess - Floormats were rinsed but were still dirty, had dirty soapy water pooled in them when the detailer left - Interior was mediocre overall, but there were areas that were clearly missed. Doorsills were still filthy, third row was completely untouched, floor mat clips caked with dirt. - Wheels were rinsed off but were still covered in brake dust/grime - Exterior paint was washed but not wiped/dried properly, and clearly was not waxed. Lots of remaining bug residue and hazy, steaky cleaning product left on the paint. Definitely was not waxed even though that was included in the "mighty detail" package I purchased. Overall, the car would've gotten cleaner being run through a $12 touchless wash. I was also charged an undisclosed $35 pet hair removal fee, even though there was no dog hair in the car. I called to express my disappointment and the representative was completely unapologetic. They offered to send the same detailer out to give it another shot, which I declined. Why would I want the same person working on my car who did a poor job the first time? The representative then told me this specific detailer has had other complaints. Why would I want that person touching my car again then? I was the told it would be at least a month before any other detailer was available, so no recourse other than to have the same incompetent person come back out. I was offered a partial refund, which is probably fair, but I'm still left with a disappointing experience and a car that was not detailed properly. I will be looking elsewhere for a more professional detail in the future.

I had…read morecleaned the interior myself a few times and always seemed to vacuum it when I would wash it but after almost 4 years, it was looking like a used car. I wanted it to look new again and that's exactly what he was able to do. The interior looks brand new. My golden retriever had gotten hair at everybody that has ever had a gold that knows how much hair they get off and I was shocked at how much hair was in the back. Now I look back there and there's not one here. It's totally clean. He also talked me into a nice wax on the exterior and now when you drive up to my truck, it looks absolutely brand new. All the little paint, transfers, and door dings I paid extra. I have him get off. I have very low expectation that they would go away, but when I walked up after he cleaned it. I had to look to see where the doors were at. He did an amazing job and I would recommend him to anybody. We also had a company vehicle that the clearcoat had started to fail. He polished it and made it look way better. I'm glad I hired him. He's a young entrepreneur and I loved his enthusiasm If you're going to get your car detailed, I would highly recommend
