Caliber quoted around $8,000 since they saw it was a 2015 Porsche 911. Elevated Auto Body did a great job, better than new, and was less than $2,000. Super nice people and they guarantee their work. Would absolutely go there again. A++++++++

He has excellent customer service skills and treated me like a king! Nathan kept me informed along the way and the repair was performed in a timely manner. EAB negotiated with the insurance company and I Benefited! Niki at the front desk was always delightful in our dealings. Great staff there! I had EAB do some touch ups on my truck while it was there and everything came out incredibly well. They worked with me on these items and I am Extremely satisfied with everything that they have done. I am very happy in how they negotiated favorably with the insurance company to have the Best work being performed, like the new door they used instead of one from a salvage yard. If you are looking to being treated fairly and expecting the Best work then this is the place to go! Thanks again Nathan and crew for doing such Great work!

Needles to say, it wasn't an ideal way to bring in the New Year, however, the work performed at Snyder's Auto Works has been one of the highlights of 2022. Their quote was extremely fair as was the final price, the timetable exceeded my expectations and the work on my Audi is exceptional. This is a body shop who puts the customers wants and needs first. They don't overpromise and under deliver, they do what they say they're going to do and if anything they over deliver. From their communication to the work they do, this is an excellent shop across the board and one I highly recommend doing business with if you need work done on your vehicle. The entire process was painless, which is not easy to come by, especially with so many parts on backorder, especially for foreign made vehicles. They made me aware of this possibility and fortunately that wasn't the case whatsoever. Not only did they fix the outside of my vehicle, they detailed the inside of my vehicle and outside, allowing me to pick up a fresh new vehicle that was well worth the money spent. Lastly, I'm the exception as most people would've went through their Insurance and if I decided to do so, they have a great relationship with USAA. Fortunately, I was in a position where I was able to come out of pocket and save my Insurance rates from increasing. If I could offer Snyder's Auto Work higher than a 5 star rating I would. I'd like to give a special thanks to Mark Snyder and Jen for the excellent work and communication, keeping me posted on the status of my vehicle from start to finish.

We hired this at-home auto body repair service, and the experience was extremely disappointing. I…read morewas charged $800 for work that honestly looks like something worth maybe $200 at best. The quality just wasn't there--uneven finish, visible flaws, and overall not what I expected given the price. What made the situation even worse is that the reviews I relied on don't match what I experienced. After dealing with him, it really feels like some of the glowing reviews may not reflect genuine customer experiences, which is frustrating when you're trying to make an informed decision. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I wish someone had warned me. Save your money and go with a reputable, established shop instead.

I was quoted $700 for a dent repair, but once the job was finished, he told me he "would've charged…read more$1,000 for this kind of repair" and raised the price to $900. The pricing communication only came after the work was done, which felt unclear and frustrating. The repair quality was not what I expected: the wheel well body line is crooked, the dent area is wavy, and the paint doesn't match -- it looks matte, almost like there's no clear coat. When I pointed this out, he insisted it looked like the other side (it didn't) and told me I "couldn't expect perfection," which isn't acceptable for "professional" body work. To make things worse, when I picked up my car, the window had been left open during the repair and the interior was covered in toxic dust and debris, so l spent an hour cleaning it out so it was drivable. I paid $800 in cash, but overall the experience was disappointing. I wouldn't have problem paying the $800 if the repair looked acceptable. Now it's going to ultimately cost me more money to have my car repaired correctly. There are better, more reliable options out there with reviews that reflect the quality of work you can expect.
