The office manager was rude and swore repeatedly when we inquired about our car. She stated they had no internet and could not submit work orders to insurance for supplemental payments. A little frustrating. I had an appointment and was treated with no respect. Before I went in I explained that I was not an insurance claim, I was just looking to get my car painted and get the door dings and so on taken care of. When I showed up after a 3 week wait. I was told they don't do this. I was told they only do collision repair. I guess that's fine, but I thought this was an Auto Body Shop? I was treated kinda of rude and the estimator had no suggestions or anything. Did not even want to quote it. So if you are an insurance claim they will work with you, but if your looking for a nice paint job, not the place to go. read more

Absolutely amazing! I had taken my car into another auto body shop to be polished and when I picked up my vehicle they had created a swirl pattern throughout the entire side and back of my vehicle! My vehicle was only six months old and is a dark color. I was very upset and called County Line Auto Body. (I should have gone to County Line first since I had seen first hand what a great job they did on my grandmothers vehicle and also the experiences a few of my friends had, had there). A really nice lady answered the phone and I explained everything to her, she told me to hold on (which was less than a minute) while she asked what time I could bring in for an estimate. When she came on the phone and she told me I could bring it anytime and they would look over my vehicle and give me a free estimate. I drove straight there. I was put at ease when Matt looked over my vehicle and said that he could get the "halos" polished out and I could drop my car off in the next couple of days! And it would be only $100!! I have a Suburban: so you can imagine that I would have thought I was going to be paying hundreds to have the side and back all polished, especially with all the swirls throughout my paint. A few days later I dropped my car off and was able to pick it up by 4 in the afternoon. Let me tell you I was amazed!! My car is absolutely perfect and there were no hidden fees. I paid only $100 for a perfectly polished vehicle. It looks just like it did the day I bought it, if not even more shiny. I will never go anywhere else when it comes to my cars! read more

County Line Auto Body - No swirls or "halos"! Thanks to County Line Auto Body! - Body Shops Near Me - Erie, Colorado

We recently moved to the Erie area, and unfortunately, my car sustained some minor body damage in a parking lot (someone ran into me and did not leave a note... so goes life). After turning to Yelp, I was optimistic that this would be a good body shop to complete the repairs, and after seeing on their website "... stop by our shop for a free estimate," I made arrangements to take the afternoon off work and have a friend follow me to their facility, with the intention of just leaving the vehicle for as long as necessary, provided that said estimate was even remotely reasonable. When I got to the shop about 3:15 pm, the girl at the front desk said that they only offer estimates by "appointment only," and that the next day "available" to do that would be next week or even the following week (bear in mind that this is not when the work would start, but just the date to come BACK in for an estimate). When I asked if there was anyone who could possibly take a look at my car then (or maybe take some pictures to email me an estimate later?), she said "no" and that they were very busy. She seemed ambivalent in general. While I have damaged a fair amount of vehicles in my life (and will probably continue to do so...), I have always been able to "walk in" to any body shop and get an estimate on the spot, so this whole "you need to make an appointment next week to just get an estimate" is new to me. While this is fine, if you want to operate that way, you should probably not put on your website a statement saying "You can also stop by our shop [anytime] for a free estimate." I have no reason to believe that they do anything but quality work (all of their great Yelp reviews is why I originally went there in the first place), and it certainly would have been more convenient for me to establish a relationship with a body shop in my neighborhood, I had to go elsewhere (where they gave me an immediate estimate, took the car right there and then, and will be making the repairs later next week). Just beware that if you go here, make sure that you have an appointment for the estimate, and do not just "stop by" unannounced. read more

Got into a minor fender bender that left my rear fender and side panel bent and scratched. County Line Auto Body did an amazing job on the repair - looked like a brand new car! Plus, they washed and shined my vehicle and detailed the interior before I picked it up! They were very easy to work with, very friendly and very communicative. I've been to County Line Auto Body twice in the past three years to repair my car and they've been excellent! The first time, they not only did they fix the specific damages needed, but one of my mirrors were chipped and they replaced that too - no additional charge! Then the second and most recent time I needed repairs, I came back to what looked like a brand new vehicle! They replaced what was needed, then washed, buffed, and even cleaned the inside of my car too! The only thing I would suggest is confirmation calls the day before appointments. We booked my appointment two months out and a lot can go on over two months and I almost forgot my appointment - a simple automated or quick phone call/email to remind you of your appointment would be helpful. Highly recommend and I'll always look to them if I need future repairs (hopefully not but at least I can go to someone who's professional and goes above and beyond for service). Matt and his staff walked me through every step of the process to fix my vehicle, including the estimate, insurance claim and recommendations for a local rental car office. This place is AWESOME! I can't say enough good things about them. They worked with me to get in without a real appointment since I only had a limited time to get my car looked at for a repair of a panel on my hatch door of my SUV. They let me swing by so they could get some pictures and then get back to me with a quote when they got a chance (I wasn't in a hurry). That was the expectation, but they ended up doing a full work up and getting me a quote within a couple of hours, exceeding my expectation. Then, since this was a smaller job, they were able to get me in a few days after the got the parts in and got the job done in 1 day.
