Took our car after a front end wreck. They fix it and we…read morego to pick it up and the passenger fender and pillar do not line up at all. Hood does not line up either. We leave car and come back little over a week later. They still couldn't get the pillar and fender to line up. I say it looks like shit. The manager flips out on me yelling and calls me a cocksucker..... wow all because they can't fix the car right.... They are suppOder to be a professional shop but I guess if you call them out on their shoddy work they decide to insult you. So he proceeds to call me a cocksucker again and says I am not allowed on the premises any longer. What a lousy, unprofessional and apparently can't fix your car. It's one thing to just fix or not fix a car but I guess the intelligence level of the manager here is pretty low. I have had other cars repaired at other shops and not once has a shop ever called me any names to me in person. I would not recommend this shop to anyone... they still have my car and it will probably never be right again

If I could give this shop Zero stars I would. As a ton of people on here are saying the exact same…read morething I am going to say. Long story short, we had our truck in here for hail damage repairs from last May, they had it two separate times because they were waiting for a roof to come in. Well there, they screwed up our seatbelts, they were pulled all the way out to the floor and would not retract, they scratched our truck in multiple places, and then when we took it back to have the roof repaired, they didn't seal it properly and we've had leaking, they screwed up the entire center console in the top of my roof and broke the light out, so it won't turn on, there's water damage to my screen, they broke my aftermarket on 10 off etc. I reached out to my insurance company, they reached out to Cole Creek collision, and found that because they can't prove that it was vandalism on purpose, there's nothing I can do because my policy doesn't cover vandalism. But I'm telling you right now, these guys caused thousands of dollars worth of damage to my truck That I had to come out of pocket. They are shady and manager or owner is an absolute prick. He talked trash to me, to my wife and told us that if people don't like his business that they can stick their opinions up their ass. And if you think I'm joking about that, reach out to me and I'll be happy to send you the audio of him saying that. I also have emails from my insurance company, saying that there was damage cost to my truck, but because we went with them and not there requested Shop, that there's nothing that can be done. Stay as far away from this place as you, if you're worried about how long it's gonna take to get in somewhere else, save yourself the trouble and wait the extra couple of months, this is the worst business I have ever dealt with in my adult life.

I actually…read moredidn't mind, because I wanted it done right and was paying 100% myself, vs. any insurance reimbursement. My car looks brand new, everything was casual and easy peasy. I got quotes from several places. They were the most affordable. I've got 2 vehicles, am a gearhead owning everything from Porsches to '67 GTO's and '55 Chevys and this is my body shop from now on !! Include these folks, (friendly, easy) in any quotes you get for bodywork. I chose them for the price and reviews. And the results in 2025 for my 2011 Avalon were 100% !!

One of the worst experiences I've ever had dealing with a shop. Took an older vehicle in to get…read morelooked at. My insurance aha d already previously sent an adjuster and gave me a quote. I did not fully understand that this shop was going to do a counter quote. After dropping off my car and getting my insurance info over (which I should have never done) I get notified two weeks later that my vehicle is totaled because the shop sent a counter quote back to my insurance and stripped a lot of the vehicle down and said it was going to cost upwards of 10,000 to fix in which my insurance totaled the vehicle. Because my insurance totaled the vehicle this shop would not let me have my vehicle back unless my insurance paid them over $3,000 for the "work" that was "performed" and the "daily vehicle storage fee". The car was never repaired, and I was left with a now "totaled" vehicle that only had cosmetic issues and a bent door frame... Beyond the worst experience at any shop I've ever had. Do not take your vehicle here as this shop tries to squeeze money out of insurance and will hold your vehicle hostage. Edit after shop reply 10/30/25: My first mistake was dropping the vehicle off. My second mistake was sending my insurance info over. All I wanted was the door bent back straight and a basic repair. When I dropped my vehicle off I don't remember it being clear that you were going to do a tear down and then charge a storage fee towards insurance. After I finally Received my vehicle back from your shop I put my own vehicle back together after I got it back and it took me about 2hrs. Charging my insurance $3000 for no actual repair work is insane. I remember quote for quote what you said to insurance since they hadn't paid you yet and they were only willing to pay you around $1200 for vehicle storage and the "work" preformed.. you said "that's not good enough." because you wanted over $3000 from my insurance for this "work" that was preformed and storage fees... aka just a tear down of the inner fender, the outer fender flair the front bumper and grill taken off and lights off. (The only reason I brought this vehicle in is because wind pulled the driver door open and bent the hinges and slightly cracked where the hinges are welded to the A pillar. A simple fix is all I asked for not a full a pillar replacement...." you bent the front fender while getting the door open (which I could have done myself but wanted to try and not bend anything more which is why I took this to a shop in the first place...) and then did a full tear down of the driver side door including taking the glass out.. I don't even care about that Jeep anymore and was willing to just give it away at that point in this process because of how pissed off I was and still am about this whole thing. You should have called me before sending any "supplement" to my insurance. Moral of the story for anyone who is considering this shop: don't involve insurance with this shop or you will be sitting between a shop feud with your insurance as the shop is trying to squeeze money out of the insurance company. They might like to do repair work but all this shop sees when you have insurance involved is dollar signs.

We hired this at-home auto body repair service, and the experience was extremely disappointing. I…read morewas charged $800 for work that honestly looks like something worth maybe $200 at best. The quality just wasn't there--uneven finish, visible flaws, and overall not what I expected given the price. What made the situation even worse is that the reviews I relied on don't match what I experienced. After dealing with him, it really feels like some of the glowing reviews may not reflect genuine customer experiences, which is frustrating when you're trying to make an informed decision. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I wish someone had warned me. Save your money and go with a reputable, established shop instead.

I was quoted $700 for a dent repair, but once the job was finished, he told me he "would've charged…read more$1,000 for this kind of repair" and raised the price to $900. The pricing communication only came after the work was done, which felt unclear and frustrating. The repair quality was not what I expected: the wheel well body line is crooked, the dent area is wavy, and the paint doesn't match -- it looks matte, almost like there's no clear coat. When I pointed this out, he insisted it looked like the other side (it didn't) and told me I "couldn't expect perfection," which isn't acceptable for "professional" body work. To make things worse, when I picked up my car, the window had been left open during the repair and the interior was covered in toxic dust and debris, so l spent an hour cleaning it out so it was drivable. I paid $800 in cash, but overall the experience was disappointing. I wouldn't have problem paying the $800 if the repair looked acceptable. Now it's going to ultimately cost me more money to have my car repaired correctly. There are better, more reliable options out there with reviews that reflect the quality of work you can expect.
