My car got pretty significantly damaged during a hail storm a few months back and these guys went…read moreabove and beyond to fix it. From the beginning these guys were friendly and communicated clearly as to the time table for repairs. A lot of cars in the area had been damaged and so they were busy. Also, after reviewing the initial insurance estimate they said they'd need to talk to my insurance to cover the cost of all necessary repairs. They got my car done in the timeframe they stated, and I always appreciate it when an auto shop does that since it's unfortunately not that common. When I picked up my car, there were a few small dents that were still kind of noticeable, although in fairness they were likely rock chips, not from hail. So they said to bring it back the next day and they'd do their best to improve them as much as possible. So I dropped it off and they just needed 30 minutes to make the rock chips almost unnoticeable. Hopefully I won't need body work again anytime soon, but if I do I'm coming here, no doubt.

Manny explained how the paintless dent removal process would work and that the result would be 90% perfect (which I knew going in and was fine with). He even explained the 10% imperfection, which I appreciated (i.e. there may be a slightly wavy texture but it would be otherwise invisible). His work is fantastic! Even with the sharp dent, he got it looking perfect. Like he said, if I didn't know exactly where the dent was to begin with, I never would have been able to find it.

We received a call yesterday asking if we opened an insurance claim. We told them that we plan to pay out of pocket for the expenses. The employee said he needed to ask his boss if it was ok. Immediately to me, that's a red flag. He comes back and says they ONLY work with insurance. We questioned what difference it would have made if we paid them vs insurance paid them, they gave some B.S. roundabout excuse. I believe this body shop ONLY works with insurance so that they can jack up the prices & likely bill for unnecessary things, so that they get paid more. Otherwise, they would have let us pay out of pocket. Beware of this body shop.
