Once the parts arrived they called and I dropped the car off. That same week they tell me they didn't receive all the parts which was fine for week one. By week 2 they were able to start painting the front bumper though and still hadn't gotten all the parts. Once the bumper was painted the car sat for about a week while they waited on the last part then they realized they had messed up painting the front bumper. But they were able to get another pretty quick and they got the last part by the middle the week 4. Keep in mind I had to call them to get updates most of the time. They did call me a couple time. So at the start of week 4 they said they would have the car done and ready by Friday. But come Thursday I receive a call saying they lost one of the parts (an under belly panel that isn't small) and would have to order a new one. Which did arrive until Monday of week 5. This is when I called them at about 10am asking for an update. They said they just received the part and would have the car ready. Keep in mind this is the underbelly panel in which I've removed and put back on before and it's take roughly 30 minutes. But come 6 hours later I called them for an update and they said they would be done in 30 minutes. Overall just a really frustrating experience. A lot of false hopes. And this isn't the first time it's happened to me with them. Not great at communicating. Other than that the car came out looking good. It was just a very frustrating situation.

On an unscheduled walk-in, I was assisted immediately by Forrest who also brought one of the techs out (Paul) to assess the damage and give me an estimate. They quickly got a plan in place, answered all my questions, and got me scheduled for a week later. Just got the work done this morning, and it's perfect. Couldn't tell it was ever there, and considering the paint's original and almost 20 years old (albeit in great shape), they also got the scratches buffed out where the dent was with zero adverse effects. They'll disappear in the middle of service every time and still try to charge you for all of the hours they were "working" on your car. If you ask for things to be made right, they get very aggressive and defensive really quickly. Don't waste your time here, there will always be an excuse.
