She treats warranty claims as easy money and refuses to take customers seriously, especially if you're not paying anything out of pocket. Don't let yourself get scammed. I took my 2020 Audi SQ5 to this preferred shop recommended by my warranty company. However, the moment I got my car back, I had to return it within 5 minutes after seeing multiple alignment issues with my front bumper, headlights, and fenders. Not once, but more than 3 times. I had to drive 50 minutes 4 times in a row because they couldn't fix it the first time. The very last time I took it to them, they started blaming me, saying I hit someone. Like as if they didn't take into account I raised these concerns the first day I got my car back from them. The same day I got the car back, there were alignment issues with the front bumper and fenders. There were also paint issues, but I didn't say anything because I really just wanted my bumper fixed properly. The cost of repair was $7,096. The customer service is ridiculous, and they'll use every excuse to blame you and not take accountability for their work. They said things like "robots build these cars nowadays" and "the money went to parts only," among numerous other ridiculous statements. They expected me to believe them and go about life, but my car didn't have these issues before they did any work. I would avoid this body shop. If you are nice and patient, they'll take advantage of you. I had to wait two months for my car the first time. 100% I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
