I asked the body tech if the schedule was pushed that far out because the job doesn't make them much money, and he basically admitted that's the reason. What he didn't seem to understand is that a simple job like mine could've earned them another 5-star review, which brings in more paying customers and more money in the long run. Instead, I was left feeling like my business wasn't worth their time, and that's disappointing for a shop with such solid reviews.

I came in without an appointment and without hesitation one of the employees came out and assessed the damage and then had his "paint specialist" look at it too. After rubbing out the surface scuffs it was determined that there were some superficial scratches that they immediately took to the back and buffed out. I had to drive 50 minutes 4 times in a row because they couldn't fix it the first time. The very last time I took it to them, they started blaming me, saying I hit someone. Like as if they didn't take into account I raised these concerns the first day I got my car back from them. The same day I got the car back, there were alignment issues with the front bumper and fenders. There were also paint issues, but I didn't say anything because I really just wanted my bumper fixed properly. The cost of repair was $7,096. The customer service is ridiculous, and they'll use every excuse to blame you and not take accountability for their work. They said things like "robots build these cars nowadays" and "the money went to parts only," among numerous other ridiculous statements. They expected me to believe them and go about life, but my car didn't have these issues before they did any work. I would avoid this body shop.
