Easy oil change spot with a quick turn around! The staff was friendly and replaced my wiper blades. They also do tire rotations!

Mechanic recommended fixes for the long road trip, we had them completed and picked up the car with seemingly no issues. We were slated to leave the next morning at 5am, so we woke up at 3am to get ready and take the dog out on a walk, where we discovered the splash guard hanging completely on the ground underneath the car (first image + video below). So we had to delay our trip out by 2 hours just to bring it back in. Told them my frustrations with having our travel delayed, and wasn't really met with any sort of apology / compensation. Finally get back out on the road, and when we arrive at our destination the next morning, we noticed a scraping noise when hitting some low bumps. Looked under the car and see that part of the guard underneath is held together with a zip tie! (Second image + video) Absolutely insane work. Completely disgusted with the shoddy work and the lack of attention + care.

No Response for a full week. I have just now called and they want to charge a 30% restock fee for a $48 still-in-the package part that probably cost them $25 or less to manufacture a 3" x 3" piece of aluminum. Company policy is garbage, which I guess is why they do not list their return policy on their website. Judging by other reviews, customer service isn't ATS Diesels only issue. I don't normally leave Yelp reviews since Yelp has it's own stigma, but ATS must have removed their Google listing as I could not leave a google review for this company. I'd buy from China before ATS, at least China has customer service, even if it is in broken English.

Run--don't walk--away from ATS Diesel Performance. This…read morecompany has been nothing but a financial and mechanical disaster for me. After just 18 months, the first ATS Allison replacement transmission completely failed. I had to tow my truck from Wisconsin all the way to Denver for a replacement, only to drive it 1,000 miles back home and have it fail again the very next morning. It then took ATS five months to "fix" the issue, and they stuck me with another $4,000 bill. Between the two transmissions, I've now spent over $28,000--and the truck has only seen 50,000 miles in that time. That is an outrageous cost for a product that has proven to be unreliable, poorly supported, and ultimately worthless. To make matters worse, Nathan Grizzoffi, their General Manager, personally told me he'd get to the bottom of the issue and get right back to me. Nearly two months later--after repeated calls and emails--I've heard nothing from him or ATS. Empty promises, zero accountability. I've dealt with plenty of companies in my life, but this experience stands out as one of the most frustrating, disappointing, and infuriating. Save yourself the time, money, and misery. Do not trust ATS Diesel with your truck, your money, or your patience

From the start, everything felt off. What should have been a straightforward diagnostic turned into a bloated, overpriced "inspection" loaded with vague explanations and questionable recommendations. I went in expecting honesty and professionalism--I walked out feeling like I had just been taken advantage of. The pricing is absolutely outrageous for what you actually get. They charge premium rates, yet provide little to no transparency about what they're doing behind the scenes. Labor costs were inflated, parts were marked up well beyond reasonable levels, and the explanations I received felt more like rehearsed sales pitches than genuine mechanical advice. It became very clear, very quickly, that the goal wasn't to fix my vehicle--it was to upsell me on as many unnecessary services as possible. What really pushed this over the edge was how my truck was handled and what I was charged. I feel like my vehicle was completely mistreated while it was in their care, and on top of that, I was hit with a bill for nearly $1,700--and not a single repair was actually done. This was supposed to be a simple diagnostic that I was quoted around $250 for. Somehow that turned into almost seven times the amount, with nothing fixed. That's not just frustrating--it feels completely dishonest. What's worse is the lack of honesty. I was told I "urgently" needed repairs that, after getting a second opinion elsewhere, turned out to be either completely unnecessary or wildly exaggerated. That's not just frustrating--it's unacceptable. Trust is everything when it comes to auto repair, and I felt like that trust was completely violated. The whole experience left me questioning how many other customers have been pressured into paying for work they didn't actually need. It's one thing to charge a fair price for quality service--it's another to take advantage of people who rely on your expertise. If you value your time, your money, and your peace of mind, I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to anything here--or better yet, just avoid the headache altogether and go somewhere that actually values honesty and integrity. I won't be returning, and I certainly won't be recommending them to anyone.
