In and out quickly with no haggle! I took my daughter here to show her how to get her car's first oil change. The employees were respectful, helpful, and friendly. They walked her through everything and made her feel comfortable. We did not wait very long and the waiting area was nice and quiet. The employee came inside and showed us the air filters and asked us if we wanted them changed. I did not feel pressured at all. Looking online at Autozone's prices for the same filters showed me that Grease Monkey was not trying to overcharge for these items. They asked us if we wanted a tire rotation at first, but after they inspected the tires they said they would not recommend it after all cause the tires in the back should probably be replaced. I appreciated the honesty as they could have easily just rotated them and charged me the $30 for it. I decided to try this location simply because I was passing by and it is by far the best place I come across. Customer service is outstanding no hidden items/fees very open for questions and in many cases don't even have to ask, they keep you informed of everything. Special mention to Arturo aka Junior this young technician is such a professional and great communicator he goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is in top condition, him being bilingual elevates the customer service even more since mechanical terminology can be tricky. Stopped in around lunchtime expecting it to be busy, but to my surprise (and glee), I was the only car there! All the guys were very professional and friendly. They didn't try to upsell or have me buy things I didn't need. They told me it would take 10 minutes- it took LESS. This was definitely the nicest Grease Monkey I've been to- waiting room was stylish and nicely decorated. Free snacks and drinks in a cooler. Never seen that before- usually just stale coffee at other GM's I've been to. My husband vouched for these guys, and now I do too. I took my brand new (used) car to Grease Monkey to start off with a high mileage full service oil change- and I couldn't be more pleased. Alex was working the counter as well as on my car personally. Went in for a full-synthetic oil change on my vehicle this morning, March 16th. All went fine until after they were done and I had driven a few blocks away. I reached down to operate the seat-adjustment handle and they apparently broke it while moving the seat to drive it. Of course they said nothing to me at the counter about it while I paid. I just wish I would have tried to readjust my seat before driving away. By the time I found the issue I was far enough from the store that they could have denied that it was their technician(s) who did it. The vehicle in question is a 2018 with fewer than 18k on it and the handle was operating perfectly before I took it here. In fact everything on the car was operating just fine before the people at this Grease Monkey touched it. Watch out for this place. They are not to be trusted. read more

I have brought 3 of my 4 vehicles here and have had okay service. They don't clean up the engine after they spill during an oil change or other service so I've learned to clean it afterwards myself. Recently I went for an oil change and they did not hook up the air filter hose after taking it out and showing the filter to me. They just left the intake hose dangling and did not take a minute to put it back on and then tighten the clamp. Will not use them again and will tell everyone I know not to use them. SR read more

Honestly I used to just come here for convenience as it is right by my work. However, now I will come out of my way to visit this location (I live in Littleton and I work up here in arvada). Everyone here is so friendly and honest. You can tell that they care about the integrity of the service they are performing and are hard working people who intend on doing the best job possible. I have a Toyota with 75K miles on it. I have never had any significant problems with the car. I had a transmission flush done at this location and less than an hour later my transmission was slipping so violently that it broke my front axle. Seven thousand dollars later I have a new transmission and axle. When I went to this location to discuss this, the employee was very nice, but basically said prove that this is our fault. I feel that the timeline and lack of any issues before my visit to this location proves that this situation is their fault. The Toyota dealership told me that they hear this same story all the time.
