I have been a customer for some time now. On this visit I brought in my son's car for some much needed maintenance. Ez called to let me know that they found a worn part while working through the repair and I authorized that addition to the fix. I was contacted promptly when it was completed. We were unable to pick it up until Monday morning, which was not a problem. My son and I popped in and I was walked through all that was repaired. I appreciate there is no upsell, just what is needed. My son commented that his car is driving so much more smoothly now and the sounds he had been experiencing are now gone. Got an oil change here because I didn't feel like going to a dealership like I normally do. I discovered Quality Auto Service on Yelp, noticed the high ratings, then called to make an appointment. Communication is a bit abrasive and sometimes sarcastic, but most importantly they DO provide quality service and seem honest, based on my limited experience and other reviews. It was fun sitting in the waiting area and watching all the regulars come through. Would consider coming back for more serious car issues, which hopefully never happens! read more

I called Quality Auto Service as soon as they opened on a Monday morning, and Ez got my information and told me he'd order parts right away. As I had other appointments in the morning, I didn't make it in until noon. He gave me both a time and a price estimate, and both were spot on. My brakes were fixed within 3.5 hours, and I didn't spend any more than I thought I was going to. Plus Ez helped me understand what was going on with my car and the parts he was using. Ez is beyond honest and ethical. His work is always spot on and there are no unnecessary fees. I had my front brakes done there 6 months ago and he said to come back in 6 months to get the back done as I didn't need new ones, yet. I went in and he said they still look great, so wait another 6 months. My husbands car would shake when hitting the breaks. He said to go to a tire place and get them rotated as they do it for free, and if the wobbling didn't go away then bring it in. We did just that and took it to Ez to check what could be wrong. Husband had new brakes put on 8 mo ago at Quality Auto. The rotors had warped so Ez put on new rotors at no cost. Unbelievable. I will never go to another mechanic. read more

I have been all over Denver the last 10 years. I have never had a shop be more trust worthy and reliable. As a single female shops would constantly try to take advantage of me when I knew they were wrong. They would only let up when I to call my father to talk to them. One shop even accused me of putting wiper fluid in my radiator they replaced, in the end the radiator they put in was faulty. EZ runs this shop in an honest manner. Never trying to talk me into things that don't need to be done. Also forth coming and saying what absolutely needs to be done, and other thing should be looked at in 6months. Never take your car to a chain service location. Quality Auto came in $400 less than what we were quoted for brakes at a chain and got my son in and out in a timely manner. Finally got my left CV joint axle replaced after having it make a clicking/creaking sound on sharp turn for years. I was scheduled for a long road trip and decided that perhaps is the time to fix the loud axle noise. I know that auto shops can be booked but I was hoping to be squeezed in. I got quotes from various places willing to take me in by appointment ranging from $265 to $375, but Quality Auto beat the other competitors by a long shot.
