Jeff and his crew have always been straight with me. They charge fair prices and the work has been excellent over the past 5 years.

've been bringing my vehicle here for years. When I needed a vacuum leak fixed, I trusted them like…read morealways and approved the estimate. Picked it up with the check engine light still on. Codes showed the problem had been there for hours - they never fixed it. This should have been a straightforward repair. When I asked what happened, staff were dismissive. Aliyah claimed my CV axles were causing a rough idle and suggested replacing them. That has nothing to do with a vacuum leak. I asked if they'd performed a smoke test. She said no because of a tear in the intake hose. But you have to seal the intake to run a smoke test - the tear would need to be fixed first for any diagnostics to work. Either they didn't do the work or they're making excuses. I paid for a simple fix I didn't get. After years of loyal business, I expected better. This isn't the shop I thought I knew. Feels like they took advantage of that trust.

Well a person corey.sowa@cbauto told me to email them but the email keeps coming back undeliverable…read moreok well..... I just want to say that there was a guy that worked there when I first started to go there he was Asian I don't remember his name. I felt that he was trustworthy. These guys now I feel they are not. I feel that they are just trying to make money and don't own up to the mechanics mistakes. I really think their mechanic needs more training or a new mechanic. This will be the last time I wright about this and I will be going to a new place that seems more transparent .they said they will let me look at what is leaking .when I tried to do that they made me go out of the area. I am so happy to have found a reliable and knowledgeable mechanic. I had a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee…read morethat kept having issues (RIP Lorraine, she saved us in the wreck, though). Phil came out to me and diagnosed my issue. He was thorough and took his time. Many mechanics rush in order to maximize their time, but Phil is methodical in his work. He even once talked me through fixing a coolant hose on the phone while I was on the side of the road because he was working on a vehicle at the time and couldn't come to me. WHO DOES THAT?! He and his wife even came out to me in a parking lot to diagnose and fix my jeep when it wasnt starting. (I loved that car but, man, did she have a lot of problems). He changed the brakes, the water pump & thermostat, any oil change, and fixed the AC. I appreciate the detailed messages he sends and transparent (and extremely fair) pricing. He never tries to upsell a service that's not needed and shows that he cares about you and your car. I can tell this isn't just a business to him, but a passion for helping people. I've been going to him for any service I need and recommend him to anyone I know who needs service. I now have an Audi Q5 and he can even service that vehicle which is amazing and rare to find. I don't see myself taking any car I own to anyone else. We all need a solid, dependable, honest, and fair mechanic in our crew so go to him. Thank you, Phil!

Had a great experience with this mechanic. I was working on my 2007 Tahoe trying to diagnose a…read moretransmission issue and got stuck when the pan wouldn't come off due to clearance problems. He came out, took his time, and really worked through it instead of rushing. You can tell he actually cares about doing things the right way. He got everything apart, helped swap out the solenoids, filter, and put everything back together clean. Even though we ended up confirming it's likely a deeper internal issue (3-4 clutch pack), I really appreciated his honesty and thoroughness instead of just throwing parts at it. His pricing was more than fair, especially considering how much time he spent on it. Hard to find someone that detailed and patient these days. Definitely recommend if you need a solid, knowledgeable mechanic who won't cut corners. I will be using him for ANY future needs.
