Rob and team are amazing. They identified the issue quickly, ordered the part we needed and had the car back to us the next day.

I just put 1,000 miles on the ATS rebuild that Clint and Co did on my truck. It runs great. When I went to ATS in 2001, they had 1 CNC machine, 1 nice big lathe, and 3 bays for trucks having trans rebulds. Last week when I was there I counted 34 CNC machines and lots of big lathes. The ATS facility is huge--100,000 square feet in 2 storys. They have 10 bays for trucks having their trannys redone. They make ALL their own parts. ALL of them. They even make a few valve bodies that you can't get anymore. THAT'S why their prices are kept low. The ATS is the best upgrade I ever did to my truck. ATS is one of the rare companies where their claims about customer service and building bullet-proof trannys is 100% TRUE. Edit: ATS doesn't quite make all the parts for their rebuild. They don't make the seals, springs and most of the gaskets. But all the hard parts--every stinkin' one--they make on site.

PLEASE READ THIS PRIOR TO DOING BUSINESS WITH ATS!!!…read more This company has a 2-star rating for a reason and I'll tell you right now, they just don't care! In a nutshell, STAY AWAY FROM ATS DIESEL!! I purchased the ATS deep transmission pan and a thermal bypass for my 5th gen Cummins. The bypass went in with no problem. However, when I read the directions for the transmission pan installation I learned that I had to replace a plate inside the bottom of the transmission in order for their pan to fit. The plate was provided with the pan. Huh?? Why would I have to do any work inside my transmission just to get an aftermarket pan to fit? None of the other manufacturers of deep aftermarket pans require anything of the sort. I did not feel comfortable jumping into this project without some expert guidance from ATS tech support. Yeah, right! ATS tech support is what's called an oxymoron. It was a Friday afternoon and it was clear the guy I spoke with in "tech support" really would rather get on to his weekend than to help me. I asked him to give me some advice on the specifics of replacing a plate prior to the installation of the pan. All he said to me was, "It'll make more sense once you get into it." Really?! That's tech support? No help, no clarification, no nothing from this guy. I email a complaint to ATS and was initially impressed with the president of the company (in this case, it turned out, another oxymoron) responded with an apology for the poor tech support experience. He said he would listen to the recorded interaction that I had and get back to me. That was it! I never heard back from the so-called president again. I emailed him twice more and was just ignored. I emailed him again and also customer service in general 3 times asking how to return the pan, if I needed an RMA or what? I was ignored on all accounts. I resealed the pan and paid $70 to return it. Now I am waiting for a refund. I see a dispute with my credit card coming. I have done business with other diesel accessory companies like BD Diesel, Banks Power, Thoroughbred Diesel and RevMax, to name a few. All were great to deal with especially Banks Power. They'll stay on the phone with you all day long and not complain until all of your questions are answered. I will not use ATS ever again for any of my trucks. In fact, I removed the ATS thermal bypass and tossed it in the garbage, a loss to me of over $100, but I don't care. I replaced it with a better made bypass from BD Diesel. MY ADVISE: THERE ARE TO MANY DIESEL AFTERMARKET PRODUCT COMPANIES TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH A POORLY RUN ATS THAT CLEARLY DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOU AS A CUSTOMER. !! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

My car is only 9 years old and there's nothing special about my mirror other than being able to electronically change the angle of the mirror (no cameras, no lights, no heating, etc). Basically, it should be a cheap mirror. Then riddle me this: what costs $983.16 not including any else, literally nothing else, not the labor, not the tax, nothing? That's right! A door mirror from this place. They were going to charge me a grand total of $1,233.43. I went to another place a short drive away and they charged me a much more reasonable price of a few bucks short of $450 for the part and replacement. Absolutely no reason for a basic mirror replacement to cost me almost as much as a rent payment. It could be a supplier thing but if the other place I went to was able to get the part for $300 there's no reason this place shouldn't be able to. Absolute rip off.
