We took my husband's truck to Christian Brothers Automotive for a repair unrelated to the…read moretransmission. A few days after picking it up, the truck broke down and had to be towed. It was leaking fluid, and when we looked into it, we discovered they hadn't reconnected key components properly--components they had to remove to access the area they were originally fixing. Because of that, transmission fluid leaked out the entire time the truck was being driven. The manager admitted it was their mistake, but instead of taking full responsibility, they only replaced the lost fluid and filter. Now the transmission is slipping, and we're likely facing a complete rebuild or replacement. They said they'd "bring it to the owner" to see if the full repair would be covered, but there's been no resolution, and we're now stuck with a damaged transmission caused by their negligence. Very frustrating experience and disappointing lack of ownership for the damage they caused.

Ez called to let me know that they found a worn part while working through the repair and I authorized that addition to the fix. I was contacted promptly when it was completed. We were unable to pick it up until Monday morning, which was not a problem. My son and I popped in and I was walked through all that was repaired. I appreciate there is no upsell, just what is needed. My son commented that his car is driving so much more smoothly now and the sounds he had been experiencing are now gone. Highly recommend!

Communication is a bit abrasive and sometimes sarcastic, but most importantly they DO provide quality service and seem honest, based on my limited experience and other reviews. It was fun sitting in the waiting area and watching all the regulars come through. Would consider coming back for more serious car issues, which hopefully never happens!

Found out they DO maintain Hybrids. Yeah... They are right on 120th just East of the lightrail overpass. I needed an oil change, but I got a good overview of what will need to be done 'soon' to keep my car in good repair. Thank you I'll be back.
