I dropped my car and while I was there, one of the staff members showed me what needed to be changed and was very honest with me. Took them less than an hour to compete but didn't get informed until an hour later (not a biggie at all because it happens). I only got charged for what I needed serviced. My daughter came home and told my husband who checked her oil. After my husband did an oil change at home the oil was clear. The oil that was drained was very dirty and it appears she was charged for an oil change that was never performed. She even taught me how to check the tire tread in the future. She was incredibly knowledgeable and validated my rage when I explained what Discount Tire said to me.
