I had two great experiences:…read more 1) Back in March, I went to get my rear lights changed because I got referred to go to them and luckily one of the mechanics took my car in right away and got them changed-- took them less than 15 minutes. 2) In June I was slightly overdo for an oil change and called the store to see if there were any availability for my car to be serviced and was immediately able to accommodate me. I dropped my car and while I was there, one of the staff members showed me what needed to be changed and was very honest with me. Took them less than an hour to compete but didn't get informed until an hour later (not a biggie at all because it happens). I only got charged for what I needed serviced. What I loved was that they were very honest and I appreciated that they showed me what needed to be changed and even showed how you can determine if certain things needed to be changed. And, it was convenient as well as they're near my job. I wish I remembered the staff members that took care of my car but they were phenomenal and made me feel welcomed!

When I arrived, my hood was completely fine. I had personally opened and closed it the day before with no issues. After the services were completed, and walking me out to leave they discovered that my hood would no longer close because the latch was suddenly broken. What was most frustrating was how the situation was handled. The manager, Ken, never initially came out to inspect the vehicle or apologize for the inconvenience. Instead, his team attempted to fix the issue, but once they realized they could not, Ken came out and told me there was nothing they could do and that I should take my vehicle to a shop up the street. I was left with a vehicle that was not safe to drive in the condition they returned it to me in. I was extremely uncomfortable being told to simply drive it elsewhere when the hood would not properly secure. This created a significant inconvenience and left me having to deal with a problem that was not present when I brought my vehicle in. The staff at the shop up the street were also very surprised by the way this situation was handled. I understand that unexpected issues can happen, but I expected the company to take responsibility for investigating what happened, addressing the safety concern, and at the very least showing concern for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Based on how this situation was handled, I would strongly encourage others to be cautious and ask questions if anything unexpected happens to their vehicle while being serviced here.
