    This was the most inconvenient and waste of money. I originally came to this establishment due to the fact that there was no waiting and a quick service was going to be applied. I had purchased the premium oil due to my car being new and I was recommended it was the best option. After a 30 min service and retrieving my Vehicle my sensor alerts me that my back tire was low thinking it might just be the air pressure I asked if they checked the tires considering it's one of the steps they take when inspecting your car. I was responded with " maybe, we should of " you could see where I was baffled then realizing there was nail stuck in it. I was shocked they were gonna allow me to drive off and not saying anything and even more shocked at their actions afterwards. After pointing out the issue I as told "oh sorry I'm not sure how that got there but we don't patch tires." And basically walking away with no remorse. I am livid at the fact that I came in for an oil change and I'm leaving with having to change a tire. Even more turned off at the fact that the staff had no empathy after charging me $100 for absolutely nothing but an oil change. The tires were obviously not checked my car wasn't vacuumed and I'm sure nothing else was inspected so you can assure that I will never be back at this establishment nor company.

    Don't know about tint or clear film for the body installs, this review is only for my experience in…read morethe last three weeks with getting clear film installed on the front windshield. Friendly people, if you can get ahold of someone BUT I would not get a clear film protection installed on the windshield. They don't have the correct film, maybe it's the same file they use for the body - even the guy taking off the film said they don't have the correct film for the windshield. It's like looking through beer goggles while driving. Found this place on Google with top reviews, which now I'm surprised. My mom just bought a brand new Toyota and I wanted her to get the file on the windshield because of all the rocks in CO. She already had the body film protection installed from factory. Well, she called and scheduled and they said she can to wait for the car in their "new waiting room" - it will take about two to three hours. She was there probably 20 minutes and it was done She called me and said it was really blurry and the whole windshield wasn't covered only the middle part I called a few friends/places and they said depending on the temperature it might take a few days to two weeks to settle and look good. Three weeks later (I was out of state) and I finally test drove the car - it's horrible, I actually got a headache after driving for about ten minutes. I'm amazed at how bad it was and that they actually let someone drive like that for safety concerns. Not to mention an older lady. Scheduled an appointment yesterday to come in today and fix it. Well, she gets there today and the guy that was there didn't know anything about the appointment. He said even if he reinstalled the clear film, it would be the same as they don't have the correct film for the windshield. ‍‍ So he just pulled the film off and said to call Ernest for a refund. I will update this review and add a couple stars when the owner, Ernest finally calls me back and sends a refund and makes this right. Not much to say, just a bunch of wasted time on the phone and in person at this point. Update 10/19/25 The owner did call back apologized, offered a refund and to redo the windshield when the new roll of film comes in with their mobile service. Appreciate owners like this actually caring about the customers, the business reputation and owning up to what happened.

    I'am sharing my experience with EJ3 Customs based on the actual work performed on my vehicle…read more I brought my new BMW in on September 29, 2025 for PPF, tint, ceramic coating, and windshield film. When I arrived, the shop appeared unclean and disorganized. There was limited staff available, and I had to speak with the owner by phone to confirm details about the job, including matching the front tint to the factory rear windows. After picking up the vehicle, several issues were immediately noticeable. The tint did not match the agreed specification, and there was visible dust and debris left after polishing. I returned multiple times to have the tint corrected, but each attempt still resulted in bubbles or contamination under the film. The PPF and ceramic coating also required rework on multiple areas. During this process, I observed damage to my vehicle, including razor blade cuts on the door and front grille. The owner acknowledged the issue and offered to repair it; however, after their attempt, the damage to the door appeared worse. An insurance claim was filed on October 30, 2025. While the claim has now been paid, the process took several months, and I am now taking my vehicle to a separate body shop for proper repairs. Additional concerns included PPF peeling on the rocker panel. Although I was told this was covered under warranty, I was unable to secure a repair appointment despite repeated follow-ups. The windshield film installation also continues to show visible quality issues. This experience required multiple visits, time off work, and ultimately outside repairs. I recommend reviewing all factors carefully before choosing this shop.
