Woah these guys are actually awesome, takes only 10 minutes, you can stay in your car, they come by and bring you water while you wait. They all seem like they are having fun and good energy, not like how other shops treat you like you're a nuisance being there. This was actually silly and fun. The staff appears to enjoy their jobs, and it really was a 15 minute oil change while I sat in the car.

Friendly and got my oil change done quick! Had to take off a star for this review though because they did not reinflate tires even though it's included and I had told them before the services were performed. Will still likely come back for the next oil change and update rating since I'm confident it was just accidentally skipped and it's not a huge deal. Ok, so I didn't end up getting an oil change here but I wish I did. I needed an oil change for my lease. I thought it had to be done by an ASE certified mechanic (which they have), but upon review of my lease, the entire service center needed to be ASE certified. I should have done more research before going. The customer service at this place was top notch. I drove up and the technician immediately waved me in and handed me a bottle of water. They started by filing up my tires and the technician went to ask his boss if they were ASE certified. All them employees were super nice, even when I told them I couldn't get my oil changed there! I wish I had a second car so I could go back. Oh well, I'll do the next best thing and write them a review. Keep up the great work, Take 5! read more

Ok, just some background info. When I do a review of a business, it is my experience at that specific time, that I'm reporting about. Your experience maybe better or worse depending on your observations at the time. I do my best to be truthful without exaggeration. Here is my final update on take 5 oil change service. Finally after dealing with management and owners that dont pass on the correct information to the proper people on the management chain. I finally got some traction.again. was made whole again. 1st manager had no clue on how to address customers with their issues or complaints. And never forwarded info to the owner. When he was finally contacted. He had no info or idea of the issue and forgot about it. Then the 2nd manager seemed more attentive to my issue but the owner was dragging his feet Finally I met the actual owner. And explained the issue. Oh yes sir , we will get it taken care of well many days later I contacted the shop and they had the part to my truck. I had them install it properly and securely. Told them I would give them another chance. And let them change my oil. (Maybe) . So this issue was dragged out to almost 3 months. Which it could of, should of been taken care of the first week. if management was trained correctly, and trained on customer issues, and how to handle the issue. They ruined my bmw and they was just giving me excuses, they sent me to a auto repair shop, and they just said they're not gonna participate in any payment for my car that they ruined ! I took my 2004 Honda CR-V to Take 5 Oil Change (Aurora, S. Chambers Rd) for a coolant flush on June 21, 2025. Shortly after, my car overheated badly due to damage caused during their service -- including a locked thermostat, broken belts, and a collapsed radiator hose. I even had my kids in the car when it started smoking, which was dangerous. I tried contacting the store and corporate multiple times but got no response. I ended up paying for all repairs myself and missed work because of this. I'm very disappointed with their lack of accountability and poor communication. read more

Came to get an oil change. Pulled up and they brought me a cold water, started talking about what need to be done and what other thing they could check. They were very nice and appreciative towards getting me through. It sounds like they have well communication while finishing things up. Filled my air in my tires, refilled my coolant because it was half water. And roped off the other fluids.
