Jon and Eric have been there for me...even when I had my FIAT (Fix It Again Tony) they were able to find the fuse, fix the rear light, and so much more. Recently, I had a parasitic drain on a new battery in my 2018 Subaru Outback- Eric had a new tool and was able to locate the 2 blue relays in a metter of minutes. Been going here for years they are decent. But I always notice random charges they don't tell you about till you come back. I recently brought my grandmas car in and she got a new used car. We got an oil change when we bought it no problem then I take it for her to get another oil change and they try to charge and "exotic car charge" and of course while they are looking at the car they don't say a word it's after you pay you find out all the "extra" stuff they had to do. My last visit I had the oil changed, and asked for the tires to be rotated. Upon returning to claim my vehicle from the shop, the guys informed me that my tires were going. I was advised to change them out before winter came, and then to have an alignment (as I kind of hit a curb last winter..) The guy at the front desk was not wearing a mask and there was no mask in sight anywhere. To make it worse, there were two other people in the waiting room with me who were not wearing masks. I was blown away by the service I received! I actually found this place by accident. Initially I had made an appointment at brakes plus, which is right next door, and was greeted right away by friendly staff. Eric, the store manager, was super honest and transparent with me. He even showed me my air filter, cabin filter, and transmission oil with status updates on all 3. My cabin filter was completely crushed and dirty because the place I took it before supposedly put it in incorrectly, which completely botched the filter! I bought my wife her dream car, a 1978 Mercedes 450 SL, for Christmas last year. I found it in a field in Elizabeth, where it had been sitting untouched for five years. It was a wreck and needed lots of work. Because I know owner Jon and his family through youth football (our sons played together when they were little) I decided to bring the new used car here for service (help a friend, you know.) Jon and his crew spent some time on the car, fixed her up, charged us a fair price, and recommended a Mercedes expert who could give us a better deal and do a better job than he could on the special needs of this old beautiful piece of German automotive engineering. He got her running safely, and recommended me to an expert who could take better care of her particular needs. What more can you ask for than that? I absolutely love this place. Just like other reviews, you can get burritos & coffee there.. That's all great. I stop by on my lunch hour and get my oil changed and eat lunch. So convenient. But the best thing about this place is the owner. He is so nice and honest. The last two times I came in he told me that my battery was getting low but told me I could probably wait until the next oil change. He has also said that I could bring my car in if there was another place that said I needed any work done, and he would tell me if the other place was telling the truth. Now that is a good guy. I've been searching for a good oil change place for a long time. After getting screwed and lied to at several other places, I will keep going back here. How has nobody reviewed this place!?!? I've been going here to get my oil changed, eat a delish burrito and sometimes get a pedicure for years! I know that sounds like a strange combo, but let me explain. Jon (the owner/manager of Fast Traxx) takes fantastic personalized care of each of his oil change customers from when you give him your keys to when he explains why you DON'T"T need a new air filter but might want new windshield wiper blades. While you wait go inside and have a perfect made right in front of you burrito and Jump Start that you can enjoy with either coffee or a wide selection of teas. Have a seat at one of the (smallish) clean comfy tables and eat with a fork and knife (if you ordered it smothered!) on a real plate! They also do lunch type foods as well. Upstairs is Wild Hair (?) where you can get all types hair and salon options. I've only been up there once but was very impressed. There is even a brake place in the same building! read more

I knew i had put my car through the ringer, driving back and forth to California with no oil changes :(... I was moving to Denver and was desperate to get my car its needs met.... so that I could get my emissions test that same day. After going to Walmart and told to come back 6 hours later.. i found this place by accident. Went in, was WELL taken care of... didn't feel like I was taken advantage of ... was shown all my liquids and oils and was led to make educated decisions. I sat next door where they have a nice little cafe to snack or eat or drink while you are waiting for your car to be serviced. They showed me what was going on, got it fixed so fast...even sent one of their guys up to Subaru to get the part. Had it back same day and for a very very reasonable price. This is definitely my go to car shop. I'm from out of town and this is the first place I've found in this area that is affordable, yet thorough. These guys always have my back and they have an awesome crew. Super helpful and they answer all of my questions. I'll probably never go anywhere else. They told me I needed two new rear taillights. I declined the additional work and went immediately to Advanced Auto repair to buy the parts to install myself. The tech and I tested each of the lights to determine which ones I needed to buy. Turns out that NONE of the lights were out. We even tested the front ones to be safe. On top of that they put in an oil additive without asking and charged me $15 for it. Just another shoddy lube shop that tries to take advantage. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

Went in for an oil change. After waiting an hour and a half someone comes over to where i was sitting and tries to sell me a transmission liquid flush, and other liquid changes. This person then proceeds to tell me that I am going to need new front brakes and hands me an estimate for $510. Brakes which were working fine before I went to their shop! I kindly decline all these extra services knowing all I needed is an oil change. When I leave the shop and drive the truck for awhile I notice that the brakes are a little shaky on the front end of the vehicle.
